It used to be very difficult to get PR in Thailand. In my 32 years in Thailand I never met one person who had PR. What is the situation today ?
look like not easy yes
even if i ready to pay these fees, still need tax history
5. Fees 5.1 A non-refundable fee for each application is 7,600 baht. (whether permission is granted or not. Application fee is not refund able.) 5.2 If the application is approved, the fee for the residence permit is 191,400 baht. However, the residence permit fee for spouses and children (under 20 years of age) of aliens who already had the residence permit or Thai citizens is 95,700 baht.

You can, but having worked for a certain amount of time in Thailand is still a requirement, afaik the salary requirement is lower though, and you can directly apply for citizenship instead of permanent residency.
and if i not working ? and i need take care of baby
but my wife have business and she tax payer

You can apply for PR if married and have a family.
If married to a Thai you can apply for Thai nationality without getting PR first.
"Thai nationality" more hard, how i can understand or no ?
"You can apply for PR if married and have a family."
So, i can do it ? and what steps, docs in this case i need ?

To qualify for permanent residency you must be a working here with a work permit and paying taxes for 3 years to apply. The minimum salary is 80k baht to apply for it.
Info can be found here on the immigration website here: https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1744
Information can also be found in this long ongoing topic. Camerata's Guide to Permanent Residence
and if have wife and baby ? cannot ?

If you apply for the 60 day extension on or before the 25th of November they should start the 60 days from the the 30th.
and need to go immigration for this stamp before 25 of November ?

Go to immigration and have your stamp to the 22nd changed to November 30th. You should do it as soon as possible.
Then in November you will be able to a apply for a 60 day extension.
i have near same question,
if i already on extension to 25NOV (and i pay 1900), any way need to go IMM to change it on to 30NOV and after take +2M extension in NOV and pay again 1900, correct ?

mini report / update
got my 2m extension at Udon Thani IMM
all these docs needed and correct (all these docs requested):
Marriage certificate and a copy of it
Copies of your wife's house book registry and ID
Proof you are living in Udon Thani. ( That can be rental agreement with copies of the owners house book and ID card signed by them )
Recent printout of your Kor Ror 2 marriage registry that can be requested at a Amphoe
+ cope of passport / visas / stamps
i give them 2k bath with no change, tip from me for easy procedure
its took near 1 hour (waiting 40 min and 15 min for processing after)
service could be better, but it's a sin to complain

You wife will need to be with you when you apply.
Ask about when the extension will start before it is issued. It should start at the end of the amnesty but some office have started them from the day you apply.
thank you for advice!

My answer is the same as done in this topic.
You will also need proof you are living in Bangkok. That can be rental agreement with copies of the owners house book and ID card signed by them.
thank you very much!
so in my case:
1) Marriage certificate and a copy of it
2) Copies of your wife's house book registry and ID
3) Proof you are living in Udon Thani.
That can be rental agreement with copies of the owners house book and ID card signed by them
4) They may also ask for a recent printout of your Kor Ror 2 marriage registry that can be requested at a Amphoe.
i will go to immigration on the week for make it done
they will automatically make extension start work from 27 September ? it is correct ?

You qualify for the amnesty and can stay until July 31st without doing anything at immigration.
If it is not extended again you could apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife instead of leaving and re-entering the country to a new 90 day entry prior to July 31st.
thank you!
yes, will go out at July 31st, somewhere where safety about covid

They don't normally ask for financial proof to get a non-o visa based upon marriage. At the most they might want to see the equivalent of
20k baht in a bank.
Have you made an appointment to apply for the visa. See: https://thaivisavientiane.com/#
If your permit to stay ends on the 11th and you leave on the 12th you will fined 500 baht for an overstay.
thank you very much
i can show to them Kasikorn Bank statement right with 20k bath ? if they ask some proof, what kind of proof's it is ?
can i show paypal statment or another e-bank ? what make less questions ?
yes, i make appointment
about fee i get it
