What with these Thai controls just forget non-fiction and take yourself out of your self and read an exciting set of books like 'The Spooks' or the Sharpe books there are so many out there to enjoy without getting too serious. Also try E books as they are much cheaper. Good luck.

Pit Bulls are dangerous animals and should never be kept as pets. This dog unfortunately needs to be put down.

Of particular concern to this columnist is the large number of people - particularly on Thaivisa’s Facebook arm, far less so on the forum - who insist the pandemic is a hoax. I saw one who called Thaivisa scaremongers! Then there are those who spread malicious and idiotic nonsense about vaccines, people who believe they have a right to free speech.
It’s time not just to rid social media of such people but for governments to look at making it a crime to say such things, a bit like some nations have laws to rein in Holocaust deniers.
Pandemic and vaccine deniers need at the very least to be called out at every opportunity and possibly banned and prosecuted. "
The most important item in any Human is the right to Freedom of Speech whether you agree or not this right should be protected. Without which we would be controlled by a dictatorial government where one could not speak out on any subject. A very greasy pole to slipdown.

One cannot complain about China spying on the West when the west spies on China.
Nobody in this forum knows whether these particular guys are innocent or guilty. They presume their inocence because of racist anti-Chine bias which has been generated by a coordinated anti-China campaign over the past 4 years.
I have lived in China for a number of years and have seen first hand how badly minorities are treated. One only has to look at the dastardly treatment towards the Uighur and others. Look towards the South China Sea and witness the fact that China has stolen the entire area from neighbouring countries, then the scrapping of existing treaties with Hong Kong, the daily threats of war towards Taiwan and please note that China now has the largest navel force in the world. China does not care for the rights of anything or anybody other than what is in it for China.
They are never wrong. So be very careful of this powerful giant.

The Crown Estate has today (18 September 2020) announced a net revenue profit of £345.0 million for the financial year 2019/20, representing growth of 0.4% against 2018/19 net revenue profit of £343.5 million.
This is directly under the control of the UK Treasury to be disbursed as they will.
So actual cost of the Royal Family is nil but vastly in credit via Crown Estates and of course not to forget tourist revenue.

This is a ridiculous waste of time as these people knew for some time that this would happen, so why have they not applied and received the necessary paperwork?

Why do they keep harping on about a referendum? They had a 'once in a lifetime' vote in 2014 with the SNP losing. Now don't get me wrong, for I believe in freedom of speech and thought but to continually go on about something that is not as important as providing health, schooling and a million and one other things for the populace, is showing a one track mind that will be the loss for Scotland. I would like the union to remain as it is, however if they vote to go, then good luck and goodbye.

Phuket is, or was, far too expensive. They have been ripping off tourists for far too many years and now the chickens have come home to roost.

Butter is much healthier as it does not have any additives like margarine and the rest of that processed lot. Butter is made from cows milk only.

They are illegals. Breaking UK laws by trying to sneak in without going through the correct channels. Who are they? ISIS? Jihadists? They have passed through many safe countries so why break into the UK? Only option is to close the borders and send them all back.

Miss Begum served in ISIL's 'Morality Police', recruited other young women to join the jihadist group. She carried a 'Kalashnikov rifle' and earned a reputation as a strict enforcer of ISIL's laws, such as dress codes for women. Additionally, an anti-ISIL activist told that there are separate allegations of 'Begum' stitching suicide bombers into explosive vests so they could not be removed without detonating. What a lovely person?

The monsoon arrives every year, they need to be prepared for it, how about digging deep reservoirs as a starter to hold the water? No too difficult is it?

On December 19, 1984, after years of negotiations, British and Chinese leaders signed a formal pact approving the 1997 turnover of the colony in exchange for the formulation of a “one country, two systems” policy by China’s communist government. Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher called the agreement “a landmark in the life of the territory, in the course of Anglo-Chinese relations, and in the history of international diplomacy.” Hu Yaobang, the Chinese Communist Party’s secretary-general, called the signing “a red-letter day, an occasion of great joy” for China’s one billion people.
At midnight on July 1, 1997, Hong Kong was peaceably handed over to China in a ceremony attended by numerous international dignitaries, including British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Prince Charles, Chinese President Jiang Zemin.

This getting way out of hand. We are being bullied by a minority the Far Left Marxist Mob. The great Purveyors of Morality or to my mind the instigators of violence, bullying and blind stupidity with their argument that we are wrong and they are right. Their argument is Black and White. There is no colour in their thinking or debate, simply shut up and do as we say or else we will shout louder and vandalise and destroy. Because I am white I am labelled privileged and racist. I refuse to be bullied by the Left.- 9
