Yes the dogs are there every morning and night asking for food, they are hungry, because they have been abandoned, a lot of times by tourists who come here and have them as pets then leave.

The problem in Oz is they changeed the standards, so what was acceptable and within the law, is no longer, so people can't sell them, hence they give them away. Most councils have a rental system in place so you don't have to buy expensive capsules for the newborn, then another as they get bigger (rear facing)and a 3rd (front facing)

No wise transfer to Oz yet, I transfer from my kbank to my Citibank through my phone app or online very easily, Krungsri does it as well but is more expensive, westpac is the same. If you are in BKK check if you can use citibank and do international transfers internally. In Oz you can use citibank at NAB as they are taking over operation of them soon. this is ridiculous, a guy near us in Krabi almost killed himself trying to get some of these plants from a cliff face. and i see people (trying to) sell them at ridiculous prices , as in the photos above. they are just plants, and everywhere down here in the south (on the side of the road etc) as well as the coloured banana trees. my wife brought a baby banana tree online for 200baht (about 10cm tall) and it died in 2 weeks. so i went down the road and dug some up that were 1M tall and are still doing really well. but i couldn't be assed dealing with people online to sell them.
