Thank you guys so much for your feedback! I called Jetstar a couple more times, they gave me the same answer that she needs to have a 6 month passport. I thought we would arrive at the airport early and speak to a couple of Jetstar managers, who advised us that she could fly back to Thailand even tho she didn't have a Thai passport. :)

Jetstar phone support is a nightmare. I called twice and get 2 different answers. I asked when can I change my flight if there is a problem at checkout cause of this. I'm told I can't change my flight to another day if it's within 3 hours of check-in....

I just noticed my Thai girlfriend's passport expires in 5 months. Will she be able to fly back to her home country to renew it? We are flying Jetstar Australia. I hear online they allow flying back to your home country if your passport is expired. In this case, it has 5 months left...

I just noticed Truemove has internet plans as well as data plans. There was no internet plans until this year which are cheaper. I tried getting through their online support but no one answers. What the difference? I know they also have Wifi plans where the plans are confusing enough cause there are so many options. I'm looking at Internet 46GB 30 days for 219B or the plan I always go on 6GB data for 299B The price is a lot difference for so much more data which is cheaper. My goal is to sign up to 5G data so what is the Internet 46GB plan, is it phone data?

Yes, I'm so glad that is over with! He was causing the whole family hell when he moved back home and village. Her family was crying all the time and my girlfriend. He is a man now in his late 20s who has just started a family. Why is he still living at home at his age?? 1. It's illegal to give legal advice when you have retired as a lawyer in my country. I have been referred to my father's legal friends. You can always get legal aid for free but I'm a person that will make sure I cover all bases if all my assets are up for grabs. If they want to know law in another country, they have to go back and study which usually takes years. Every country has different laws... 3. Yeh it's a <deleted> position I'm in! I talk to many friends but no one can really help. They all suggest getting a surrogate mother but you need to be married. I've been with my Thai girlfriend for 10 years now. We want children but she is too old to have anymore. We have a female friend who will give us a baby naturally (I'll have sex with her). I'm told by a legal expert, that she has full custody of the child where the father has none. I'm told she can give the child up for adoption but if this is the case, can we get the legal adoption papers done before birth? I'm worried the mother might change her mind and keep the kid. The son has no criminal history or history of violence at all. It's a real step to commit violence let alone pull a trigger. I understand Thailand is run by the mafia but this is back in the village. This is the most stupid thing I've ever read. It's the mother's house not the son's house! The younger son wants to come home to remove him from the house too. I was thinking about going to a local Muay Thai gym and hiring some Thai muscle to have him removed cause I know Farangs have no rights when it comes to the Thai police. The more witnesser the better where we have support from other family members in the village too. I like to take control in matters like this and not be in the side line like a pussy.
