All approvals are posted on the immigration web site every year. You will see that per year there are usually between 200 and 300 approvals in total for all countries together. So the 100 maximum per country does not really make any difference.

Why would you think every number has the same chance of winning?. TIT, where in the 80' they accidently showed the cheating during the draw on live TV AND I have personally overheard some high military in an expensive restaurant correctly discussing what numbers would come out with the next draw. This was in the early 2000' and they did not realise that the farrang at the next table was perfectly able to understand what they were talking about
