It's fairly obvious that these are people with a trans agenda asking for gender affirmation to be tacked onto a same-sex marriage bill. I'm not applying anything. Nor am I showing any bias. I'm simply discussing what was said in the article. I think you're misunderstanding what I have said, and what was said in the article. All parties claim to be worried about the wording. So it isn't just about being treated equally and being allowed to be married.

While it's possible that the van was new and well maintained, how likely do you think that is? Most vehicles in Thailand stink, even the relatively new ones.

Everybody knows that Lou. But when the source is from vehicle exhaust it smells does it not? Where was it reported that the van was filled with the smell of exhaust fumes? Why does it need to be reported? You can simply use your brain. If the gas was coming from the exhaust, it's very likely that there would be the smell of exhaust fumes, unless the carbon monoxide was somehow being filtered out into the vehicle. 🤷‍♂️

It's part of the culture. Better die than risk upsetting someone.

I would imagine the woman thinks it's funny and not untypical, given the kind of people attracted to Thailand and the "holiday attitude" that they seem to have, but the child is probably a little more confused.
