  1. Respected Members, I am an Indian national married to a Thai national. We have 2 kids who are both Thai nationals. I have been looking at ways to extend my current Non Imm O visa based on marriage to a Thai national. I have a steady job in Thailand and meet the 65000 THB per month criteria in lieu of the 400,000 THB in the bank. When I enquired with the local Immigration, they are informing me that I cannot extend my Non IMM O visa based on monthly income and instead should opt for the Non Imm B visa. I am employed by a reputed organization in Bangkok and used the Non Imm O Visa intentionally so that in case something happens with my employment my visa is still secure as it is based on marriage to Thai national. I took this option since I was given to understand that if I lose my employment then a Non Imm B is cancelled with 7 days and I have to return back to my home country. I have missed the 400,000 THB option as I did not maintain it for the required amount of time. Can somebody give me some pointers on how I can go about extending my current Non Imm O visa based on my monthly income from an organization in Thailand? Your assistance will be much appreciated. Best, LokHKT
