A friend was unable to view his UK lottery account when using the " Avast " vpn . They said he was outside of the UK

it has gone over your head this,

we use the vpns to avoid issues with international bandwidth restrictions, mosts ISPs only give you top speed to local servers in Thailand, most will give you fast access to West coast USA,  London , PARIS , Singapore,

once connected to paris the catchup service works better due to more bandwidth

The only way for a reliable vpn for bbc or 7plus or ten play is to make your own VPN using a private vps ,

I have a Aussie VPN that has no issues as I made it myself and no one else uses the ip address that is not from a known vpn provider

  2. I use flawless via British Expat TV,

I find Live tv works great via AIS without a VPN,

but if I want catchup to work without any issues, I use my avast vpn for android, the avast vpn costs 15 pounds per year , so my total cost for the year is around 4600 baht for a good quality system with 7 says catchup and a good vpn that will prevent ais/true/tot etc from throttling my traffic

You have to wait until you have been married for 3 years before you can apply. Otherwise, many people would get married just to become a citizen, then get divorced.

I understand that and understand that if not married, you get less points for certain things,

what I am asking is that can my wife act as a translater for me even if I do not get any extra points for being married.

What kind of certificate are you after?

If you want a degree it will take more than 1 year.

My friend got a law degree recently and it was very difficult, especially all being in the Thai language. I've no idea why you think it would be easy.

    same as back home,

    you have certificate = 1 year , diploma = 2 years , BA = 3 years

question is does a 1 year certificate count as graduated from a thai establishment

The only exception to this is that only one year of marriage is required is you have a child together. As far as I know, it doesn't matter, if you already had the child before the marriage was registered, as long as you can prove it belongs to both of you.

While you are waiting, you can start making donations to registered Thai charities, get yourself on a yellow tabien baan in Bangkok and work on your Thai language skills to improve your points.

am thinking that getting a certificate from a higher education college/university might be the quickest way to get a "connection" with thailand to enable me to get more points from a lower salary,

how difficult could it be to earn a certificate from a Thai uni/college, one year max surely

  6. ok can anyone advise on how many points I will get

am planning to apply in december once I am married,

Worked here nearly 5 years with continuous Non-B and work permit

Tax paid all those years, current salary 81k , previous year 76, previous year 72, previous 65

Higher certificate but not degree, microsoft certs

    age 40 soon

    no language skills,

question is I think I can get over 50 if I get 25 points for salary over 40k when married,

does being married recently count against me even if my non-b is 4 years +

Skippy...I am presuming you are Thai. Thanks for your response.

The reality is, I do NOT want to sleep around. I had more than my share of South East Asian and Japanese women in my lifetime. More than enough. I now simply wish to find the right lady, who has her own professional career and is looking for a long-term relationship that could end up in marriage if we are compatible. That is what I am looking for and have clearly stated to her.

"this is not uncommon if you have met a girl that does not make money from her pussy." .....What is not uncommon, not having sex ? Yes that is my belief from what I have researched and spoken to Thai career women and professional men.

apparently here, many of the so called experts who have lived in Thailand for extended periods of time are unaware of this and classify all women as bargirls/prostitutes,etc.

This is why I am SO curious as to where she is staying and keeping it secret from me.

please feel free to message me privately thanks.

am not Thai but work in BKK with normal office people.

could be lots of reasonable reasons, it is all about image and trying to look good to her family and friends and work people.

maybe its time to put yourself near the location where she is staying then bump into her , telling her you were meeting a friend in the area but he has failed to show,

no confrontation just a coincidence and ask why she is in the area, tell you will be meeting your friend near there often, she will know she has to come clean

  8. if they have only been dating seriously for a short amount of time , under 4 months then this is not uncommon if you have met a girl that does not make money from her pussy.

This is way to success find a girl from a well of backround , she will probably not want  sex before marriage,

while waiting for the big day, shag what ever you want behind her back but be discreet.

This is the Thai way, when in Rome...

This way , you get married to a nice girl that is not a walking sperm bank ,

you get to have some fun while waiting

much better than trying to marry a girl that puts it about

bottom line is marry a nice girl but shag a bad one
