A couple of times when I've been stuck in pending limbo with the due date looming, the Mrs has called the local office (Rayong) and they sorted it immediately. My most recent report took 8 days to clear without intervention.

I expect they meant Level 4 which is for departures.

I applied for the UK pension last September and have just received the first payments, so about 6 months to process Just mentioning it for info, not complaining. -
I bought a new Huawei last month. I didn't need anything high end, just basic office functions, internet browsing and media-playing with a biggish screen. While it does all that, it does have a kind of cheap, tinny feel to it, the speakers aren't that good and the battery life is poor, so if those things matter I wouldn't be recommending it.

The mistake I had been making was mis-entering the TM6 number. N1xxxxxx instead of NIxxxxxx. Once I fixed that it worked as advertised.
