Of course it´s a typo. As you can see it stands 2,20 pm as arrival time. You really think it took over 12 hour to get to him? Did you also read that he fell at the North Pole?
A typo is when it was done without intent. It may have been done intentionally but in error. I constantly see A.M. and P.M. misused here, such as 'OPEN 12 A.M.-12 P.M.' Best to double check those flight reservations too.

I doubt testosterone is the reason for rapes. But feminists would certainly rejoice if males are chemically altered to a subservient state.
Feminists also say rape is about power, not sex. So, which is it?

The report also states
However, those who are unable to return home due to lack of flights or other circumstances in their home country must present a letter from their home country’s embassy or consulate in Thailand requesting that the foreign be allowed to continue to temporarily stay in the Kingdom, Gen Pornchai added."
So, as long as your Embassy issues you a letter, anyone should be able to stay for an extendable 30 days
You will likely have to get an updated letter from the embassy every month before returning to immigration. That would be troubling even if you did reside in Bangkok.

TAT gets an occupancy rate by measuring the rooms available and those rented. So if 40 of 50 hotels are closed, only the 10 still open are counted. A 70% rate of those available rooms would be a true rate of occupancy for all hotels of around 15%. Many hoteld might appear open but have closed off a number of floors and are offering only a portion of their rooms for rent. Or so I have read.

check menu for ULB cafe. Lot of natural ingredients. Excellent salmon salad.

It's a start, and if these long-stay tourists are shown to be COVID free then that third week of restrictions could be dropped, then further easing could gain traction.

Submarines have been useful in spiriting away fallen leaders and national treasure. That can't be the reason in Thailand but it has been known to occur elsewhere.

Target long-stay visitors. Free 90-day visas with one renewal for 1900b. How many American retirees would love to escape COVID Central this coming winter? A 2-week quarantine would be a picnic. COVID insurance? It might be useful during quarantine but then the tourist is cleared into a country with no C-19 cases. Sell ir upon arrival, good for one month, for 1,000b. A million visitors raises one billion baht. Should cover the handful of cases found, especially as most by far will have no serious consequences.

Welcome to liberal utopia - dams collapse, crime is rampant, illegals everywhere, and bushfires abound - because the environment is more important than normal people.
All blamed on politics. I'll keep that in mind as I read about Texas illegals, Oklahoma prairie fires, Kansas tornadoes, Mississippi flooding, Louisiana sinking into the gulf, Florida crime, Carolina hurricanes. It is surprising to see Trump defined as a liberal.

exactly so, you collapse from exhaustion but you don't die. Its a built in safety mechanism.
A mother and grandmother in my state forced a girl, 9, to run (stagger) for hours in high heat as punishment for eating a sweet without permission. The girl died, the women are doing major time.

I am puzzled, how does a doctor confirm a failed attempt at rape.
Semen found on body or clothing is possible.

Trump declined emergency aid for California the prior fire season because they didn't vote for him. I think he'd like to see everything going up in flames as he goes out the door.

If tourists are restricted in where they can travel, they quite simply won't come.
No rebound, not even a "dead cat bounce"!
"These were the need to Rebuild, Rebalance, Refresh, Reboot and Rebound" in the tourism sector. "
An exercise in clutching at straws.
Not true in all cases. Particularly in the Caribbean, tourists know it's best not to leave the resort. Same with seaside resort towns in Mexico.

Good things found in economic data? Yes. But it's like a meth cooker who blew up his mobile home standing in the rubble and saying, "Look! The toilet still flushes."

Fifty-four Celsius is pretty hot, but to put that into context, there are claims that the Germans, on their approach to Stalingrad, were encountering temperatures of 53 Celsius on the Russian steppes "in the sun". So maybe not so unusual.
That's why air temps are taken in the shade. You can fry an egg on the sidewalk in the sun. But the Germans were going from the frying pan into the fire and ice.

What makes it patently obvious other than you said so? The article is not as explicit as his video which offers up specifics.

Tragedy, what was a 14 year old doing having access to a firearm?
The boy was 16. A gun in the house for protection does no good if 'the man of the house' at the time has no access. But then maybe no one else in the family knew there was a gun in the house.

People still talk about Russia collusion as if it was a fact - while Mueller admitted no collusion, no obstruction at the end of his very expensive and divisive probe. A probe that thanks to the Durham investigation we learn was fraudulent and illegal to initiate. Time to set the record straight and stop the smears against President Trump, the real victim here.
Mueller did not admit any such thing. He said if Trump could be cleared he would have said so, but he also said he was forbidden from finding Trump guilty as that was the job of Congress. The House voted to impeach and the GOP Senate refused to hear any witnesses.

Beware Trump claiming 'widespread mail-in vote fraud' and ordering the seizure of the piled up ballots, thereby throwing into question the legitimacy of the election, no matter who leads in the count. He has already said the election should be delayed until COVID-19 has been brought under control and in-person balloting can be carried out. This would obviously be years down the road.

Trump lost the popular vote by two million, but due to weight given smaller states, he won the electoral vote, a system glitch that has installed three extra Republican presidents but no Democrats have benefited.
