First epidural was WOW. Unfortunately I had to fly home. On the way back to Thailand, I gave my seat to an injured Thai. My Flight was 11 hours and it was very bad for my back.

 

My Doctor(an associate professor), told me it was too early for a second epidural but he gave me new medication, ordered twice a week Lumbar Traction Treatment(30minutes each time) as well as Thai Traditional massage (at government fatality and supervised by doctor) two x a week about one and half hour each time.

Second epidural was great relief BUT

 I am still going to therapy and I am on medication

ACEO Retard Cap 90my

ULTRACET(do not use often)

 

 

Since September i had 2 epidural and Lyrica 75mg(not any more)

I swim  3 times a day, do light exercise, and  try to sleep on my back

I am attaching my last x-ray

Beach front condo owner can NOT return to thailand, because THAI immigration WILL not accept his medical insurance from his own country. Due too pree existing condition he can not qualify  for Thai scamm insurance. South America is welcoming. He is Not cheap charlie

[Departure/arrival card (TM6) temporary scrapped]

Wow, The cabinet approved  the temporary lifting of the requirement for foreigners to fill out departure and arrival TM6 form.

BUT,but,

Did cabinet inform Chiang Mai immigration? CM immigration will require it for any extension of stay.

 

The rules for TM30 reporting were changed in June of 2020. Chang Mai immigration have never heard of it and they still insist on it.

the reason for the change is that i do not want to pay Thia medical insurance to extend my current "O-A". I have very good full international medical insurance from my home county
