I've read online that 3 per 6 months is allowed, and also that air travel doesnt have visa exemption limitations. I'm planning on coming back to Thailand having done a visa exemption just a month ago and was here for a few days. I'll be here again for a few days this week, but then want to do another next month. So 3 visa exemptions in 3 months, with the first 2 just as visa runs from another country. Is this going to be risky flying into Bangkok, as my final flight in will be to get my non-o visa when i arrive.

So with the fake Pattaya address, they do that 90 days reporting. Makes sense.

I'm due to fly back soon and want to sort a 15 month, non O visa. i was in Pattaya before and know the agents are cheaper. Does it make sense to use them if you end up living in Bkk though?

If its a 72 hr test before a flight, result the same day, why not a test the day after giving a chance to get the flight?

Will i be detained, or can i leave and go into home isolation and get a retest the next day?

I just got a new 10 year passport and my covid extension is also due, will they charge extra to move the visa over to the new passport?

Im flying into bkk and then onto the Philippines who need 30 day covid insurance ($35k). Is there a Recommended insurance that will cover both?

My condo doesnt bill the month until days after the rental period is over so it’s unlikely i’ll get a deposit back on moving out. should i withhold the key, or will they just charge another month for doing so?

Its had 2 regasses and a component swap in a month. The second time the maintenance guy did a quick regass and ran, no further inspection on why its failing. Assuming the owners have no interest in maintaining the ac, despite it getting sun for most of the day, what choices do i have? Can i reduce rent payment, pay government electric rates instead of nearly double?

I’m in Pattaya but moving to Bangkok so want to make the application there for renewals to be simpler. Any good prices here?
