  1. That is correct however that's not your situation. I'm not all that familiar with BOI so hopefully others can advise you.
  2. Visas are not cancelled. You had a single entry non O. It was "used" upon entry to Thailand. The stamp you were given was a 90 day permission of stay. The subsequent 60 day extension to visit wife was another temporary permission of stay. Nothing more to state on this topic. Also a new passport does not erase any history.
  3. You are being told nonsense. You entered Thailand on a single entry non O. Then obtained a 60 day extension. Subsequently exited and reentered visa exempt. There is nothing to cancel.
  4. There is 2 older threads that agree with your post. Won't post links. Best advice to OP is to attend immigration for horses mouth advice.
  5. Post a serious thread. Clearly the Ed visa is just a means to stay in Thailand. There are better options. You could obtain a METV giving 9 month stay and learn Spanish privately, perhaps online.
  6. Indeed. The report you refer to seems 100% clear. Let's hope it wasn't just one io using old requirements at Savannakhet. Another report will be valuable..
  7. Valid point. The information in thread not reliable. Thread closed.
  8. Thinking this thread has limited lifespan. The information is not credible and we have virtually same thread few days ago.
  9. Recently discussed in this thread https://aseannow.com/topic/1325542-has-anyone-heard-of-a-new-law/ Incorrect information
  10. OP, if you have not previously obtained 60 day extension to visit wife you could push your application for annual extension.
  11. Work is only prohibited for those on extensions based on retirement. Your earlier posts re extensions based on retirement are confusing the thread. Retirement and marriage have very different financial requirements.
  12. Many of your threads open with line. It's boring. First reply has provided sound advice.
  13. OP, thinking this is a good example of actually attending immigration office for their take on your options. You are aware of the fact that when divorced your permission of stay is invalidated. However as you point out... immigration will not be informed. The reentry permit means that you really need to exit end of Oct and obtain a non B Hopefully someone with same experience as you are in can provide good advice. Good luck
  14. Thanks for detailed report. So the 400k not seasoned for 2 months. Good news. Well done.
  15. Yep. Take a right turn just prior to building B. I parked in undercover car parking rear entry to building B. Crowded yes but few spots available. I arrived approx 10am
  16. Off topic however bit of a heads up. I also renewed pp not long ago and went to CW to transfer Stamps and visa info. Immigration sprung on me a requirement to provide photocopies of bank book and make a transaction. (Funds in bank method) This previously was never required. Not happy. OP, what occurred for you is normal.
  17. This all changed in June 2020. You are not a tourist. You have an ongoing permission of stay. Granted it must be extended each year. You do not need to file a new TM30 for out of province and international trips. Previously it was required.
  18. When you returned last week I presume you entered on a reentry permit. A TM30 is not required. Your condo girl is wrong
  19. You do not need to make a TM30. However don't be surprised if Jomtien make you do one.
  20. Just leave. Nothing will happen at airport. Do next tm47 prior to 90 days after you return and hope they miss it. Worse case 2k fine.
