The Elite Visa is a tourist visa and the Thai government has no problem with you living here on that visa. Been here coming on to 8 years straight and never had any bother with the Elite Visa.

No it couldn't unless you were being paid for the work. It clearly states, 'the following OCCUPATIONS'. Doing work on your own house/property would not be classified as an occupation ie. a job.

For me that's the frustrating thing. There is no consistency. I've been doing online reporting since 2019 and it's always a hit and miss. Currently I'm at the end of my 5 year Elite Membership and was thinking of upgrading to Elite Superior for another 15 years? I know it seems petty but this 90 day reporting requirement, built on this inept system, is what's making me hesitant. 15 more years of dealing with immigration and this nonsense, especially after paying a generous amount of cash? Maybe best to just go home? Kinda missing it too.

In the same boat. Submitted mine on Feb 6th and still pending (Feb 8th 9:15 PM). My previous submissions all took less than 24 hours?!

Just an update. My application via the app is still 'pending' but I went ahead and made another application using their website. Applied on June 6th approved June 7th. Thank you for your response ubonjoe. ????

I made an online application using the app last week on the 31st of May. Still pending as of today 6th June. I've always found the online process a hit or a miss?!

Such a one sided mindset. Forget the woes of others as long as we open our doors they're sure to come?!

No I haven't tried to book a slot recently but I do agree that they can become quite full relatively quickly. However, I do order my groceries from Tops and Tescos using Grab and Food Panda. Granted the delivery guy can't bring a ton of stuff on his bike but the delivery is free with Grab so I can make multiple orders.

Are you just trolling? Have you not heard of Grab or Food Panda which allows you to do grocery shopping online, pay by card, and then have your items dropped off at your front door through contact less delivery. In fact you don't even need those apps. Tesco and Tops online allows you pay by card and then request the items be dropped off. You don't have to sign the receipt either you can just acknowledge online that you have received your items. It's quite simple. Either you're just being awkward here or really are a dinosaur that don't know how to use technology?!
