  1. Believe me: This is, after all, just another amateurish enterprise to control the moves and contacts of tourists in Thailand. The next step, when tourists become aware of the reasons for the "generosity" and will not use the cards, will be, to make the use of these "free SIM Cards" compulsory. After all: TIT
  2. So much (and long, viz over a cecade) ado about a spelling that pleases foreigners. How lucky and relaxed that country must be when they have no other problems.
  3. ... not to forget: 4. Charge them 10 times more for entrance fees than the local EU citizens.
  4. How right he is! Who else than Anutin, the master of desaster, will completely control that things turn into an emergency.
  5. Before reading this I had really thought it could not become worse in the LOS.
  6. Good for the nation????? In fact Dual Pricing generally is bad for the nation! It is bad for the reputation of the country, as it presents the Thais as greedy and completely insensible of the damage their attitude has on foreigners. It obviously also enhances the Thai xenophobia, as I experience occasionally even when talking to Thai "friends". Not only that several of them do not understand that the system is discriminating, they even are convinced that they are entitled to charge farangs extra. Probably the silliest, but for a Thai also "plausible" explanation I have heard is, that "we charge you because we can". You are no Thai and you have enough money, therefore: SOM NAM NA !!!
  7. 1 Million vaccinations per day? I wonder whether Khun Anutin listened to his maths lessons in school. A million has SIX zeros after the "1", not THREE, even in Thailand.
