he (m bike taxi ) make a u-turn so is at fault. but he's a thai so the farang Must be at fault. Other witness ( thais ) say he was speeding . The thai never drive fast, always save and relaxing.

on the thai news it whas that the taxi driver lock the doors so the passenger can't get out. only the drivers door could openend. But we farangs ar always at foult in thailand.... Now its a war against tourist, take there money and run... My friend get stolen 6.000.000 from his bank account from a strange thai lady. go to. court her and afcourse wins. but she Dont have to give back the stolen money !!! How <deleted> up this country !!

Now we waiting for a lowsute against her perpetrator , i think she needs millions to recover......
