  1. Put him on a oneway joyride aboard an Airbus to his country of citizenship or origin.
  2. Thank you. Just another insert-foot-in-mouth moment for Thai authorities speaking before thinking and without all the facts.
  3. I don't know what this immigration official is talking about... and while it might not be fast, it surely exist (they even call it fast track)... 😂
  4. The outrage is the lack of any real punishment (of all people - foreign and Thai alike) found guilty of criminal activity. Fines and a simple wai, with suspended sentences (and not enough deportations where applicable) does not cut it anymore. They don't need to crack down or hurt down anyone. They need to deal effectively with the hoards of criminals that have right in front of them everyday.
  5. Nothing will happen, pay a fine and on their way. Sad, but more than likely true. I really wish Thailand would institute across the board automatic deportation for anyone found guilty of malicious destruction of property, larceny, burglary and assault (of any kind).
  6. I hate YouTubers...there needs to be a revolt against these clowns (videoing everything and the manufacturered selective outrage they promote) where we bar slap the phones right out of their hands whenever we encounter one 😂
  7. When leaving they will check your bank accounts and credit cards, and it you did not withdrawal enough or go into enough debt, you will be forced to return to your hotel and spend until authorities are satisfied.
  8. And that's 42k people willingly hired by Thai businesses... Takes 2 to tango in the jobs market.
  9. This is only good for China. No one else. It's all about the movement of Chinese goods, material and people. Anyone on the receiving end will suffer (just more cheap Chinese goods and people)
  10. 36 yo Russian on the R1 showing out to his 18 yo Thai cutie, plows into Swede and his Thai wife at top speed. That's the summary as I gather. Tragic and undoubtably avoidable. Stupidity, speed, poor lighting (which is everywhere in Thai at night), slick asphalt roads... a receipt for disaster. Not that it would have mattered much, but I assume not a hemet a worn by anyone.
  11. UK could just be a smoke screen... he could make a left turn and head to Brazil. Could also head to a number of countries in Africa, or even some of the former Soviet states (besides Russia). There are a number a countries that don't have extradition treaties with THA.
  12. Smart thing to do is to never return. I'm sure he has substantial funds stashed somewhere to live quite comfortably overseas indefinitely.
  13. Rich Thais (the only ones who can afford intl travel) can easily get visas anyway. But this does open up a market for prostitutes and marriage scams 😂... Not really much use to the majority of everyone else.
