Just received my QR code, just 2 days after my application. Now I can confirm: In the Covid Certificate Section, please submit your EU Digital Covid Certificate (1 page only) twice. For First Vaccination and Second Vaccination as well. Same QR Code for 1st and 2nd Vaccination. For Date of 1st Vaccination: e.g. 10/June/2021. For Date of 2nd Vaccination: 11/June/2021. "Date of 2nd Vaccination should be higher than Date of 1st Vaccination" (Thai Pass). Since our EU certificate only shows 2/2 and the date of the final vaccination, e.g. 10/09/2021, did you download the same EU Vaccination Certificate twice? What vaccination date did you fill in for "2nd Vaccination"? Must be "11/09/2021" since the system doesn't accept the same vaccination date again.

It's about the EU Vaccination Certificate. They only issue 1 certificate after the 2nd dose, around 3 months after the first one, and you receive only 1 page with the number of doses received and with the date you received your final dose. 2/2 (two of two) So what happens if I only fill out the "First Vaccination..." section and leave the "Second Vaccination" section blank? Does the application go through anyway?

I received my acceptance (application received) but not the QR code.

I have a EU Vaccination Certificate and it only shows ...overall doses... 2/2. I was told to load up the same certificate twice. Date of 2nd Vaccination must be later than the first one. I gave in 25.6. instead of 24.6. The application was accepted and I received my confirmation email immediately. Lets hope they understand the problem (only 1 certificate) when they check my application.

I can't even go pass the 2. page with the flight detail etc. Just tried from wife's computer and no problem. My computer from Sony still runs windows 7 and was first registered (IP Address) in Phuket. May be that's the problem.

Yes, I did. Then I gave in my flight date, length of stay etc. and I pushed the Confirm button again. Next page shows " header subject and below header. for NonThai. What is this supposed to mean? I'm not a PC genius. Thank for your help.

I have all my documents together and I opened the TP website. I choose the "Test and Go" program and had to push the "Confirm" button. Nothing happens, I can't get further. Are updating the TP App??

The EU only has only 1 page with a QR code on it and your personal data and only stating ...Number of Doses: 2/2. Do I have to load up the same certificate twice? I just received my booking confirmation from my SHA Hotel in Phuket. The hotel sent me 3 pages. 1. Hotel Room booking confirmation, 2 . PCR-Test and transport paid, 3. a SHABA Certificate with a SHABA ID. They said I have to print out the SHABA and show it at the airport. They also told me that I can load up all pages now and many customers have done this and received a Thai Pass approval code in a couple of hours. All very confusing.

The problem is the hotel issues 3 receipts or bills for Hotel, Taxi and PCR-test. You can upload only 1 page on Thai Pass. So, it has to be all on 1 bill or receipt.

I thought the PCR testing fee is included in the SHA Hotel 1 night package? Why did you a range an appointment for the test at Phuket airport by yourself?

Does the SHA Hotel have to include the prepaid fee for the PCR test at Phuket airport in the hotel bill. Since we can upload only 1 page it will be the only way. I heard about paying your PCR test on arrival at the airport????
