I believe the recommendation is for any third vaccine. There is information to say that a combination of the vaccines can provide wider coverage although with the new omicron variant there isn’t enough research. I read an article that three doses of phizer have shown to provide 75% protection against the omicron variant. 
 

I think the important thing is to ensure you gave a third vaccine. My personal choice for a third shot would be first choice AstraZeneca or phisher then moderna.

I think it is way to try and induce shame on the perpetrator although it is more likely to cause pain for the loved ones of the victims in my opinion - hence the scene in this video.
