  1. Here it is, post #9 https://forum.thaivisa.com/topic/1084823-is-savannakhet-tourist-visa-notice-still-up/?tab=comments#comment-13855117
  2. It looks like Vientiane is not as friendly as it used to be, there's a post of a guy in another thread who got the blu stamp at his first Vientiane setv.
  3. no, but it is possible, it happened to me. I wouldn't worry that much. Anyway, your title is misleading, why are you saying 4 months?
  4. Thanks for your report. It seems things have changed in Vientiane, for the worse. Blu stamp at the first visa, never heard of this before. People could get 3, 4 or even 5 setv from Vientiane before recieving the blu stamp.
  5. yep, that's it, they are not used to be questioned, thai people would never do same you did. Docs are some kind of gods here, it's a different approach. Just think that students at school are not allowed to ask questions to their teachers (someone told me this is now changing, but was true for sure in the past). It's very difficult to fully trust someone coming out of this educational system, isnt'it
  6. to be on a safe side, cash (you already have), hotel booking and ticket out.
