  1. Hi guys....I am back :D

I have been banned for a few months due to my so called "spamming"....caused by the lies from this littlestevee12 ....and I can prove it!!

I have been a member for quite a while and I NEVER spam!!

Take a look at this link to see littlestevee12's first topic and see the proof.

    http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=69126&st=0&p=745933entry745933

He writes "Unfortunately, I am not in the position to marry her because of my working situation"...this is his first lie! The fact is that he is already married to a Canadian lady! And he continue with his lies....read further if interested!

I warned littlestevee12 not to try and fake a marriage to get a visa for his girlfriend, and I offered him some experienced assistance....asked him to PM me if interested....I NEVER spammed him!

To keep it short....he asked for a lot of advice and I supplied him with what I could for FREE!

But then he began asking for "favors" like "can you call my girlfriend and ask about....."....."can you call my girlfriend and tell her that....".....but I am a business man! And this is not part of my free service....so I told him if he wanted me to take care of it, okay, but my service charge is 12,000 Baht!

I have around 50 emails between us, so I can easily prove that littlestevee12 is lying! About almost EVERYTHING!!

I spent around 1 month corresponding with him! Cost me a lot of time for sure!

He even tried to con me for free service / information!

Told me he had now paid with credit card on my website! Lie!

Called my wife and told me he had paid to my bank account! Lie!

All this because he didn't want to pay for my time!

Furthermore he asked me for a lot of advice, and actually my wife DID call his girlfriend once just to show that we're professional and friendly!

littlestevee12 had emailed me with some "statements" for his girlfriend:

    1) I will take care of you if you take care of me!

    2) I will take care of your daughter and send money to her in Thailand every month!

    3) We will go for holiday in Thailand every year!

    ETC.....ETC....ETC....

My wife called his girlfriend and told her this!

    Only response from her was:

"I will only go and stay with littlestevee12 in Taiwan if he pays my family 200,000 Baht!"

I told littlestevee12 this by email...and he replied that he would forget it! And maybe find another lady.

And now back to littlestevee12's lies.

    Lies like this:

    Lie # 1

"I asked how and he said that he couldn’t tell me his secrets but that if I paid him he was “absolutely sure” his company could get her a visa."

Lie! Before he ever considered paying me I told him about some of the possibilities, like a work visa either in a restaurant or as a maid or au pair. He even suggested to me that HE paid her salary, in case he could find someone to employ her. Should't be that difficult due to the fact that many Taiwanese folks doesn't like to get their hands "dirty" :D

    Lie # 2

"he was absolutely sure” he could get the visa without my name anywhere on the application"

Again.....I spent a LOT of time corresponsing with littlestevee12 and as it turned out that he could not find anyone who would employ his girlfriend, then I suggested that she applied for a visitors visa!

(If anyone is interested I will be HAPPY to supply them with all the emails from littlestevee12 !!

    Lie # 3

"I paid the agency with the assumption that if the agency couldn’t get her a visa, I would get my money back as stated on his website. It says something like, If we fail to get your visa we will refund you."

Plain lie....before he even considered paying for my service he asked me to email him a copy of my Money Back Guarantee!! Thsi guarantee clearly states that I will refund all money paid for my service in case I DO ANYTHING WRONG!

And I did nothing wrong in this application!

The only reason for rejection of the visa was due to two issues:

    1) His girlfried changed her explanation at the visa interview! In the application we had stated that she and littlestevee12 was friends only! We simply HAD to do this, as littlestevee12 is married already! It was NOT a lie! We just didn't mention that they were friends having sex together! So littlestevee12's girlfriend made herself a liar changing her explanation that she and littlestevee12 was actually "together"....BIG BIG BIG mistake!

    2) Without my knowledge littlestevee12 supplied the Taiwan Embassy with 3 months salary slips to "prove" that he could support his friend/girlfriend during her stay in Taiwan! BIG BIG BIG mistake! littlestevee12 has no work permit for Taiwan, so how on earth can he expect the embassy to grant a visa for his friend???

I could continue with all the lies that littlestevee12 has told this board's members! Bu let's say this is enough! :D

    NB:

I agree with the board member's opinion that using a Visa Agent to apply for a visa in many cases are waste of money, because most of the info you can get free of charge from ThaiVisa.com

But the fact is that even members of this board still need assistance maybe due to the fact that they're overseas or are simply too lazy to do it themselves, right? :o

  2. :D .....First....there is NO ATM at Club Andaman! You'll have to use the ATM at the Immigration check point at the pier before entering into Myanmar/Club Andaman!....Second.....In regards to the immigration law any foreigner entering Thailand on a 30 days visa on arrival has to prove they're able to support themselves for 30 days!! In other words you will need to carry minimum 10,000 Baht in your wallet! Credit card and bank books are not accepted as evidence! If the immigration check on you and you're not available to show more than 300 Baht you will not be allowed to enter Thailand!! So those of you who do visa runs with only 300 bananas in your pocket do actually risk to get refused entry into LOS!! :o
  3. OK I was on visa runs.....

3 in that passport and the old passport full of it.

    Have a Thai wife

I am 49 % shareholder of a company at 3 mill baht registered money

    I am 35

    Austrian nationality

    Reading at: http://www.thaivisa.com/422.0.html

that I would get this 1+3month visa, just need to go over the boarder (like visarun) every 3 month.

Now where to get that visa, at home in Vienna, or KL?

What to tell them? What dox?

Where do I have the better chances to get it (Austria, KL, somewhere else?)?

Need to know anyone or to chat with them or is just a straight forward thing and how long does it usually need?

Can I do that every year again?

    - You can get the visa in KL or Penang.

    - You will need your company registration and a letter from your company stating they want to employ you. Your major shareholder or any employee signs the letter and includes your company seal. Your passport and 2 passport photos.

    - You only get a 3 months non immigrant B visa. You can exchange it for a 1 year visa at the local immigration office the day before it expires, if you can show evidence you've paid your tax. First time they extend your visa it will be 30 days, also second and third time. After 3 or 4 times renewal with 30 days they will renew with 6 or 12 months. So no need to leave the country ever! But tho get a 1 year visa you also need to employ 4 Thai nationals in your company (it can be done only in the papers, but you'll need to pay their social security!) Also you need to pay yourself minimum 50,000 Baht per month of which you will have to pay personal income tax, appx. 3,500 Baht/month.

    Good luck! :o

  4. A friend of mine arrived to Pattaya 3 months ago on a tourist visa....he stayed 2 months and then extended his visa for 30 days.....after that he did a visa run to Cambodia and got a 30 days entry stamp.

When he came back to Pattaya he went to the imigration and applied for a 1 year retirement visa....after he collected his medical docs and showed his bank book with 800,000 Baht he was actually granted the 1 year visa within 20 mins!!! :D

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??? :o Has anyone in Pattaya tried this?

I live in Phuket and here it is IMPOSSIBLE! You need a non immigrant O visa to get a 1 year retirement visa! Tha thas been the standard for years now, how come my friend can just walk in and get his 1 year visa when he only has a 30 days entry stamp??? New rules?? Or just LOS in a nutshell?? And BTW....NO he did not pay any money under the table!! :D

  5. Which visa in peoples opinions is my best option?

The retirement visa or support visa. I meet the financial parameters for both and I am aged 50. I am currently on a 1 year multi entry (4 x 90 days ) the first one runs out Oct 25th.

Secondly am I better using up these current visas or upgrading as soon as possible? This 2 nd question is to address concerns in the law to cut out the eternal visa runners.

    TIA

Apply for the retirement visa a few days before your last visa expires. It is easier to obtain a retirement visa than a support visa!

You're not one of the "usual" visa runners....as you have a 90 days multiple entry visa. Visa runners usually have only a 30 days visa on arrival stamp in their passport!

  6. WOW.....what a blow from the immigration!

At least they could've warned you say 3 months before....now you folks got 3 weeks to either p-i-s-s off or arrange a legal visa!

But this is LOS, things like this happens all the time.

After 8 years here, of which I did visa runs 5 years, I have been warned by my Thai friends, Thai staff and Thai officials that this would happen one day. They always told me GET A PROPER VISA!

So I did, and thanks God (or Buddha :D ) that I did it in time!

This last comment is maybe a bit off topic.....

  7. I am planning a project in Krabi in the near future and I need to get in touch with an honest and reliable Thai contractor who will be able to build fair quality homes at resonable prices in a timely manner! Do you know of any? I will really appreciate any response! :D

I know this is LOS....and I know that honest and reliable and timely manner is words that is seldom used in connection with Thailand :D

But I also know it is possible....if any of you have any experiences, please reply here and thanks in advance :o

  8. Successful businessman my ass ! If your business had that much success you wouldn't be wasting your time posting your rants on various forums !

    :D

    :D

    Am I Bad??

He he... :D Not too bad....but did I mention anything about "successful" :o

It's a simple reality that all property and business brokers waste a lot of time on people who doesn't even care replying to your emails or phone calls....why not just tell me that they're not interested? :D

  9. I’ve been in business more than 7 years now in Pattaya and Phuket….and I’ve been pissed off so many times that I can’t even count’em! :D

Maybe the term “pissed off” is a bit too harsh….but let me explain what I mean:

You have a property or a business for sale.

You advertise this in different spaces, either online or in print media.

You get tons of responses….and here the “problems” start:

Many responses are from curious “farangs” with dreams in their eyes but no money in their pockets to actually purchase your offer. “Time wasters” to use a well-known term.

I bet we all know them…and I bet we all hate them! Am I wrong? :D

These time wasters all pretend they’re interested, and maybe they really are, but how on earth will they ever pay for your property/business!! They very well know they don’t have the money, so why the h… waste the time of serious foreign business men who just try to make an honest living? Why the h… make the business man think that he “has a sale” and then just “disappear”….in other words….they often make the foreign business man think they has a sale and then they just stop replying to your phone calls, emails and SMS messages…like they’ve vanished from the surface of the earth! :o

As a professional business man you know very well the importance of follow up emails, SMS messages or phone calls…

You do some follow up…. But in most cases you get no response at all…

When you get response you can’t help thinking that you now “have a sale”.

At least you hope so! Even the toughest business man with many years of experience can’t help feeling kind of excited each time he gets a positive response even though he very well ###### know that this is possible just another dammed time waster…..! :D

Back to my question: What is wrong with foreigners in Thailand?

Why do they keep pissing you off?

    Yes….why??

    I have often wondered why!!

There might be a simple explanation, but so far I’m still waiting for the answer!

    Some answers could be:

    - The guy is lonely? He just needs someone to talk to!

    - The guy is just dreaming? “If I had the money I could buy this property/business!”

    - The guy is envious? “Why does everyone except me have a property/business?” So it’s maybe only a kind of “revenge”…? “Make the life of those lucky bastards with properties/businesses a h_e_l_l…..” ????

    - The guy is simply lying to himself? “I take a look at this property/business because I know I’ll get the money to buy it soon…”….

    - The guy is just a simple looser? The only way he can get some “content” in his life is to make other people feel like losers!? A saying goes: “Do to others as you want them to do to you!” . But those losers change the context: “If you’re a looser, make others feel like losers, too!” :D

Bet there are many of you who’ve been in contact with time wasters…what is your best bet? Why do people act like this? :D

I have met all of the above mentioned time wasters….if any of you time wasters read this please let us all know why you act like this!? Thanks in advance! I don’t expect any responses! :D

But one thing I want to tell all of you time wasters! “Keep away from me! I have better things to do!” :D

  10. The company's objective?

But it seems that 4 Thai employees are still required unless you are working with banking or journalism or is a branch of an international brokerage business??

As for me I have a small business and visa consultant business and don't need more than 1 Thai employee to run the business. But the immigration still require 4 Thai employees...so this "new rule" seems to be "hot air" with no value!? :o

  11. :o My wife just called the Immigration in Bangkok...they told her that this new rule with 1 Thai employee per 1 farang work permit is only for Banks and Newspaper Journalists??? But also she was told that this rule applies for International Brokers to set up a branch in Thailand??? :D

Is there a place on the net where my wife can go and check this new law?

But for others it would be a good idea to get a verification from Sunbelt!

  12. Thanks Sunbelt :o

But... I talked to the immigration and gave them a print out of this new rule...and even my WP clearly states that I am working as a consultant they still required 4 Thai employees to renew my visa....seems not all the immigration offices are aware of this new rule???

Therefore is there a place where I can download the Thai version of this rule?? Would probably help me to extend my visa with only 1 Thai employee!

Sorry I don't remember where I saw this topic first time...but this forum was also sponsored by Sunbelt Asia!

    Thanks again :D

  13. Be aware of visa agents that claim a success rate at 100% - it's a lie! :o Simply because it's impossible! And that alone tells what kind of agent he is! As for "No Visa No Money"...you will have to pay upfront anyway and there are "conditions"...

But generally I would say that a RELIABLE and EXPERIENCED visa agent can save you a lot of time and worries! :D

  14. I have a friend who is a thai national and has been accepted onto a course at AUT (Auckland University of Technology). Obviously now she needs to get a student VISA, can anyone here recommend an agency/company with a good track record who could facilitate the process and get the VISA?.

Any advice/input would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

No1Visa.com with branches in Phuket, Bangkok and Pattaya has more than 7 years experience in dealing with the embassies and makes sure all papers ar in order....and also give you excellent advice and prepare your friend for the interview. You're also welcome to PM me, then I can get you in contact with the boss!

  15. :D:D Ha ha ha...funny guys here!

    Thanks for the responses...

Looking for such a high rise building with security guards in several popular locations .... will need 2 to 4 offices ..... security is a must...due to the nature of our business....

I will have a look at them all and then decide where to open the offices!

    Thanks guys! :o
