  1. ....right is right.....wrong is wrong......instead of focussing on, and blaming....the idiots.....better focus on blaming the evil wrongdoer(s).....I.e. change your mindset, stick to the basics....hence my, maybe too strong,

example. The result in basis is the same ......in seriousness for the future emotional wellbeing, it is not ofcourse.

    ....right is right.....wrong is wrong.....

You have done OK there, well done.

instead of focussing on, and blaming....the idiots.....better focus on blaming the evil wrongdoer(s).

I am not blaming idiots, we all make mistakes, I just don't blame others for them, the 'evil wrong doers', wow, for scamming idiots into buying something for nothing.

change your mindset, stick to the basics....hence my, maybe too strong,

    example.

Change my mind set, to what yours? No thanks. Stick to the basics, I feel if I went any higher than basics, you would be lost anyway, hence this conversation. Too strong an example, Rape versus a scam over money, I guess I need say no more.

  2. There are fools in every county, there are misguided individuals in every country, there are those who can be tricked in any society, I have found Thailand to be short on all those specified earlier, but then that could be just down to those I frequent, just like my home country.

You can't fool someone who isn't an idiot, an idiot in Thailand is still an idiot in his home country, don't blame the tool, blame the idiot.

Well...following your immoral logic....a woman raped....she must have asked for it then ?

Those that are scammed want something for nothing, scammers give those scammed nothing for something, pray tell that has anything to do with the violence portrayed on a female.

Sometimes it is better to keep quiet and let everyone think you are stupid, than to open your mouth and leave everybody in no doubt.

  4. Those 100+ active investigations are now starting to put scumbags in jail.

Esmatullah Haidaree, 46, of Farm Crescent, Slough, and Azim Ahmed, 23, of Diamond Road, Slough, were convicted at Reading Crown Court, in December.

Haidaree was found guilty of two counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and four counts of sexual assault and Ahmed was convicted of five counts of sexual activity with a child.

The Slough Mayor has just resigned, apparently he made a serious error of misjudgement.

Slough's mayor has resigned after attending a court sentencing to support the family of a child sex offender

    His current replacement.

Deputy Mohammed Rasib will take over his duties until an election in May

    Outstanding.

    And your point is?

He has a non English name, well......... he has just gotta be be guilty of some crime then.

Or please relate your meaning, in relation to your post of course.............

  5. Oh dear this does not look good, never realized he had been convicted. Now he has skipped bail I don't suppose he will be able to come back to Thailand. Lovely kids and probably the right thing to do taking them to the UK anyway, every cloud has a silver lining.

It's a skill - critical ability or reasoned thought. You need to be able to sort the wheat from the chaff, whatever the media internet or otherwise; it is BTW, a skill that many, many TV members don't seem to have

    I reckon that's a mirror, not a monitor

  6. Oh by the way, I remember the thread and the other poster.............

no one super cedes the blether, or crosses Ian Forbes, or...

    signed,

    the silver spoon

    I am intrigued r&y.

I used to be good at recognising former resurrectees, although like any good boy, I never kissed and told. But I spend little time on here now, and I can't be bothered to check your syntax and similarities.

But I still have certain reference points: check the post count, check the length of the post, and check the viral count within the post, the only person you come close to, is my old friend the Croc, as in Lacoste, but I haven't checked. Good Luck

  7. One less Farang in Thailand. Take some more with you buddy.

How about you next? Iam pretty sure AD contributed far more to Thailand than you ever will.

But is he banned from here, and why if he is such a good contributer?

Because he tangled with another poster..........................

Drummond, I have on very good authority, is an OK sort of guy

  8. As for secret talks between the IRA and the UK Gov't, search for the 'Mountain Climber' mid '70s, more precisely I think '73, however I could be a year or two out.

If you are really interested, the best commentator on Ireland in the past 30 years is Peter Taylor, look him up, completely impartial. and regarded with great respect from the Irish and British alike.

Or you could listen to John Major,

When he declared to the House of Commons in November 1993 that "to sit down and talk with Mr. Adams and the Provisional IRA... would turn my stomach",[

He was in full talks, but I reiterate, secret talks were going on in the early seventies.

  9. Pathetic that you both want to yet again drag this important thread off topic so you can have your childish digs at me!

Ulysses G even claims to know more about the Northern Ireland peace process than those actually involved; like Peter Brooke, the Northern Ireland Secretary when the informal, and secret at the time, talks began between the UK government and Sinn Fein/IRA in 1990! (See here)

Still, I suppose I should be flattered that you not only pay so much attention to my posts, but also have no other way of refuting them!

It is not necessary to refute facts which you make up and when you mis quote famous writers, merely to point out that you are incorrect. Some humility on your part when it comes to this might mean you do not attract so much attention.

I am not taking sides here because I do not know the extent of the previous squabbles, but myself and 7by7 have had head to heads in the past, and when wrong, he has made that clear.

However, I am not suggesting in any way that others do not, or that he is correct here, I would need to look deeper into the threads, and they appear to be rather long.

  10. Can I re-acquaint certain facts in regard to his conviction.

She had, had a good drink, almost certainly very drunk, the jury believed this anyway.

She met Evans' mate in a take-away, early hours of the morning, they obviously go to the hotel together- nothing wrong yet, apart from her having too much drink for her own good, however here's the hat trick- he text's Evans' to say 'he has a bird'.

Evans then heads for the hotel with his younger brother.

They watch the couple have sex.

Evans, his brother, and the night porter are outside trying to take a video somehow.

Evans, at his own admission then joins in and has sex with the girl.

They both leave her in the room and leave by a fire exit.

He maintains he is innocent, he is is found guilty by a jury of his peers, remember this is just a précis of the court case.

Do you still support him and think I am being PC?

  11. I am not a lawyer, I know nothing about the the terms and conditions of his release, do you?

Lets be honest, if this was some brickie going back to work on his local building site, it would never have made the back page never mind the front.

As for serving his time, does anyone these days?

    See opening sentence.

The PC brigade have jumped all over this, the sad reality is, we no longer have a football team, we have a product to be marketed, in the greed is good league.

How many of the PC brigade have ever stood on the terraces at Derby in the middle of winter as their team was thumped 6-1?

    Your first line Yes.

Your second line, a brickie is generally not a role model to the young and by certain posters on here, the not so young.

Your third line, yes, mostly not, but that is the judicial system of the UK, as for your fourth, it might be best to get a rudimentary knowledge of the case, before supporting him.

If I am proven to be PC because this man should not disgrace a football pitch again, well I guess I will have to live with that. As for the product, we created the monster by going en masse to the grounds and paying for sky, guilty as charged your honour.

No I have never seen Derby thumped 6-1 in winter, but will Oxford do as a counter offer?

  12. Some Brits probably want to ban Condell because he's Irish.

Please stop assuming things. Brits, Irish? Assumptions do not help your opinions

Sorry, since we all have nicknames here I can only guess or assume the nationality behind. As I learned from another topic, Brits and Irish don't like each other too much (moderately said), hence my assumption.

Shall I rephrase that for you, as you are guessing and assuming:

Certain British Nationals do not like certain Irish Nationals, some of those Irish Nationals, could be British Nationals, some of those Irish Nationals, who could be British Nationals, don't like the British Nationals. However, those that don't understand this rather strange phenomenon, lump all other Nationals together, so al all Muslims are to blame.

And of course Hitler was a Christian and the second world war was fought because of the Jews, if any of you are so stupid to believe this, please pick up a book, at this point, any book, but hopefully a good one on history and politics, if you want me to recommend one, I will gladly oblige.

  13. Jangles is spot on, he has not served his time, he is out on licence.

Have some of you read the detail on the case?

    http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/comment/ched-evans-has-served-his-time--and-other-misconceptions-about-the-convicted-rapist-footballer-9957849.html

    Anyway, another perspective,

For those that think he has a good case for appeal, we left our clubs behind 10k years ago, but not all of us, it would appear, are able to walk without the aid of our knuckles.
