If you retire with a full state pension entitlement having contributed to the max whilst residing in the UK then where you reside upon retirement should have no impact on the Government's ability to pay the increases as if living in the UK - unless those increases are linked in law directly to the UK's cost of living index which I believe they currently are not.

Well one solution would be to stop getting involved in pointless wars such as in Iraq and Afghanistan, that would save heaps for the pensions and save a lot of young mens lives.
Not to mention local lives.

FolkGuitar why advertise and support a copy business who is under-handedly trying to take Udo's customers? Udo works damn hard to run his business. I often run in to him shopping at Muang Mai market at 1:00 A.M.! He probably hardly ever sleeps he works so hard! Don't support this business.
It is not the first time he had to move his business due to it's success - TIT.

how "unmanly" it was to be seen riding pillion with a chick at the helm, heh well, I'm more a fan of staying in one piece.
Totally agree.............................
Took the Thai gf to CNX airport recently by grab taxi (to be sure she got on the plane) now starting to notice again young male farangs checking in with road rash injuries just like before covid set in.

Assistant WHO director Dr Samila Asma said that Thailand was a fine example for other countries especially in its readiness and preparedness.
Okay maybe so now however did not feel like that in April 2020 to me (like many other countries of course) with no early buy in to EU or USA vaccines and the porous borders not to mention the "clusters" linked to various pleasure & sporting venues.

They better lift the ridiculous alcohol restrictions also.
And the soapy massage restrictions too - after all right at the beginning, 2 years ago, washing with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds was advocated over and over - so with vaccinations now available & other lessons learnt there is no reasonable grounds for the ban continuing.

I made the same decision - never use - along with Air Asia which has absolutely no cs - literally.
For a long time I banned myself from booking with Air Asia. However very recently I did book a flight and found their online booking site much improved so might be worth taking a look and trying a dummy booking run.
As a general rule now - due to covid cancellations - I only use a credit card as otherwise it can be a lot of hassle obtaining refunds from "bucket airlines" which refund to intermediaries better still just request a credit voucher for a future booking.

Really need a photo of the soi proper to comment.
Mesh has wide spacing - probably the weakest you can get.
At least the mesh is being lifted off the sand base so the concrete can pass underneath.
Looks good enough for a driveway.

I believe in the poorer families the money/sinsod, is really just for show and is returned to the couple after ceremonies to help get them started.
That is my understanding too.
However I also have heard that the sinsod failed to be returned to the couple as they were too poor to give it up - in this case the expected baby conceived whilst still at school failed to materialise as well (they soon parted ways).

He said, however, that it is not possible for the celebration to be totally normal, noting that social gatherings, parties and other high-risk activities will still be prohibited, but inter-provincial travel will not.
It is the inter-provincial travel that scares the locals.
Social gatherings, parties and other high-risk activities defines Song Kran at it's core.

Why mention this? If a non-resident NHS treatment is no longer available free of charge. So there is a cost saving to the Government.
