Is this available in Thailand and do you happen to know if it's available over the counter? I have Tonic Tensor Tympani Syndrome and the recommended medication Cyclobenzaprine is not available in Thailand and Orphenadrine Citrate here contains too much paracetamol, so asking again about this medication.
