Considering the possibility of me (and many others no doubt) having to switch from Test & Go to Sandbox at the last minute, can anyone shed light on whether you're allowed to transit domestically to other 'blue sandbox' zones from BKK? I seem to recall a long list of Blue Sandbox locations, many of which don't have international airports so slightly perplexed as to how you could manage without a transfer?

Side note as I can't see it having been asked or stated anywhere - are home-test PCR tests acceptable for the pre-departure test (private, not NHS)? I ask as some of the PCR test providers offer considerably reduced rates if you take the test home and drop it off as opposed to having it done in-lab.
