  1. Yea, just go to a different branch. Rules are fairly inconsistent here. I've seen someone denied at the counter on the ground floor (with some mumbojumbo about requirements). I told him to go up stairs and he had no problem opening an account on the second floor of the same branch.
  2. At some point, not having a functioning economy is an even bigger danger than covid. Hospital crowding is a real problem, but keeping people out who might have a virus that is already running rampant doesn't make sense to me. I sure it makes sense to someone, but not to me. I'm vaccinated. I recently returned to Florida - where covid delta is running rampant. Should they have kept me out of Florida? What sense would that make?
