Anybody have tried to get retirement visa from Easy visa company? They claim that you don't have to have any amount of money in the bank. Is it legal?

I have been in Thailand for 10 years now, always on marriage visa. This year I am founding difficult to deposit 400 000 in the bank. Is there any other solution I can explore? I am 65 years old, from UK. I believe you can stay with tourists visa, but does it mean that you have to leave Thailand every 60 days? I don't really fancy doing this. Is there any other way? My pension is only 30 000 baht.

Just want to ask, you suggestions what to do about my visa. I have been in Thailand for over 10 years now, always on marriage visa. For that you have to show 400 000 in the bank or 40 000 per month earnings. This time unfortunately I don't have 400000 in the bank and my British pension is only 600 pounds per month - that is about 25 000 baht.I am 65 years old from UK. Any suggestions what to do?obviously I want to stay in Thailand.

Any idea what animal makes this.? Leafs are nicely glued together, no sigh of any insects.

We occasionally have pupies. Male is imported from Germany with excellent pedigree and puppies are good. The male is the most clever dog I ever had. Unfortunately at the moment we have no pupies. Please keep in touch and you can come and observe as long as you want. We are not breeders, we care very much about our dogs

I have tried all different kinds of shampoos, powder,spots, but nothing seems to work well.I don't like putting chemicals into my dogs,but only thing that works is an injection from the Vet. Except Jenny, the female, she found her system.

My female Alsation found way to get rid of ticks. When the sun is hottest she sunbathe for about 1 hour and hey presto,all the ticks are gone. The other dogs did not learn that trick and staying in the shade.

Took me ages to find a good vet in Rayong district. Couple of them told me they have never seen dogs like mine (ordinary German Shepherds)

We had cobra in the house and my two Alsations,kept there distance, just watching me getting the snake out of the living room and taking it out in the forest

The older female is 3 years old and OK with other dogs.For some reason she just took dislike to the new puppy. Puppy is 3 months old and we live in Rayong district. I would sell the puppy for 5000

We have two GSP and on Saturday I bought another female puppy. She is lovely girl, but unfortunately my older female decided that she hates her and keeps attacking her every time I am not looking. I have tried everything to help, but no luck. So if anyone is interested, I will have to sell the 3 months old puppy. Only to a good home, where she would be happy. Half price.

I always had German Shepherds and never had to teach them. They know, even if we leave them inside for most of the day, never done anything in the house, even as a pupies

You can't beat German Shepherd, the most clever dog you can have. Don't need much training, can understand very quickly

There is a girl in our village 14 years old and does not have an ID card. She is worried about it and asks us what she can do. Apparently her mother was a shameful when the girl was born, because she had no father and she did not register her daughter birth. So they have no birth certificate. Any idea what can she do about it?

just want to ask. Is it possible to drive Thai registered car to Cambodia , spend few days there and come back. What is involved. <ike to visit Anchor Wat.We live in Rayong. Thanks
