Firstly check threads of the tank, trying using PTFE paste compound on the 1 inch nipple with PTFE tape this would stop the leak. It will work. Apply the paste all around threads of the nipple than go with white tape.

But you can also do it at 7/11 (you need a Thai ID card to put in the card reader, but the ID card can be of anybody, doesn't have to be the owner of the vehicle), you can also buy the compulsory insurance there.

It is a misinterrpreations on our part, the 90 day starts after your last report for your 90 days, thus to be safe you need to checkin before the 90 days.
