From all the recent reports I've seen out of BKK CW, they seem to be no longer enforcing the TM30s for domestic Thailand travel, which was your case.
But it's less clear, from the few reports I've seen, whether or not they're still enforcing the TM30 at the point of extension of stay renewals when the person has had international travel during the prior year.
...and from 23 hrs ago you stated:
"No idea how assertively BKK CW is requiring TM30s for extension of stay applications these days."
???? So yes indeed, we now have a current BKK CW data point which seems to both of us to indicate there is no interest whatsoever in anything TM-30 related during an extension of stay renewal visit to BKK CW -- if only domestic travel and/or no change in residential address has occurred since the last TM-30 filing.
And yes indeed, it would be good to hear the outcome from other members who have traveled internationally since their last TM-30 filing, blatantly or otherwise not choosing to not file a TM-30 upon their return, and recently went to BKK CW for their annual extension renewal.
Hope my report helps. The adventure continues!

A TM-30 data point from this past week at BKK CW:
- My latest 1-Year Extension of Stay (based on Non-O Retirement Visa) was obtained
- A photo copy of the only TM-30 I ever filed in the Fall of 2018 (in-person at BKK CW), and a photo copy of it's corresponding receipt (w/original receipt stapled in passport), were submitted along with the usual annual paperwork for the extension
- In 2019, I stayed multiple consecutive nights in a hotel (int'l hotel chain) in another province; upon returning to BKK, I intentionally did not submit a TM-30 report (i.e. no mail filings, no mobile/online app filings, no in-person filings at CW, etc)
- No international travel in 2019
- No change in residential address for years
- During the IO interview, my TM-30 history was never mentioned/questioned/discussedPerhaps things would have been different with the BKK CW IO's if international travel and/or a change in residential address was involved. Perhaps the hotel I stayed at in another province did not file an overnight report(s) listing all foreigners staying in the hotel (unlikely, but possible). Who knows.
At any rate, hope this helps frame a current example from BKK CW. Of course, your results may vary.

Even if you bank at one of the 3 chosen TW banks, tag your account with the one you personally bank with so for e.g, it goes KK to KK, BKK to BKK etc, and choose the correct option from the drop down menu, TW cannot 100% guarantee that it will show as an International transfer.
That I is what their customer services told me on writing. So for all those getting giddy and sounding like a TW promotions employee, be careful what advice you are giving people who are on the 65,000/month strategy.
Yes, maybe your IO is open minded and will accept receipts as acceptable but theirs may not be so reasonable and play it by the letter of the ruling. IO are not all known for their leniency.
It still the case in my own mind that if I want a 100% cast iron guarantee of it showing as an International transfer then SWIFT is the only option and this so far it has obliged. For me, the risk of getting one dodgy code and the potential hassle that follows is just not worth the saving.

UPDATE
This email just received 3 hours ago from Khun Sirivan at Bangkok Bank's New York Branch. Lots of good info to peruse.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Dear Mr
We have promised our regulator to start returning the non-IAT transactions one week after the implementation of our new payment system which target to go live on 9/23/19. With such time line, we’ll start to return the non-IAT on October 1, 2019. Please be advised that our Head Office didn’t change their website as they want the customer to start finding the alternative method of transferring the funds and not waiting until last minutes, besides as our New York Branch has started sending the Notification of Changes to most of the banks in U.S.A. to change their ACH payment to an IAT format since July of this year, those banks may decide to stop sending the funds if they are not able to comply with our request. If our Head Office changes the website and put the new date while the bank in U.S. stop their transfer, customer like yourself may not have enough time to change the method of transferring the funds.
Thank you for your kind understanding.
Best regards,
Sirivan Chuaypradit

Perhaps. Good thoughts 'skatewash'.
And yes, they certainly have been accommodating/clever to continue to exploit whatever loophole may have existed/or still exists today, for most of their customers.
Their obvious website neglect since April 1st however, gets an F.
Bangkok Bank's New York Branch has been very accommodating in answering my specific email queries over the past month. Very pleased with their forthright answers to date. Now, will they eventually respond to my Sep 7th email, in which I ask for the reason why the many date changes since April 1st, and to let me know if Sep 16th slides again? We shall see -- will advise if anything is received.

Yes indeed, today is "The Day"...the latest "line in the sand" for the good folks over at Bangkok Bank's New York Branch.
The past week came and went, without a peep in my inbox from either Lyn or Sirivan. Might I or others hear back from them early this week with yet another date change to the right (...or for that matter, be able to view the updated information posted to their website ????...)? Perhaps.
Until then, the likely reason as to why it's approaching a nearly 6-month delay (w/the 4 latest date changes only provided in email replies to customer queries), tacitly is best summarized below:
"....and it's probably hard for them being bankers to let this NY branch ACH relay fee-cow move on to greener pastures." (credit to 'Pib' post #752)
"....the lure of fees is still too strong to completely shut the door." (credit to 'Pib' post #773)

'hereforgood', recommend you read the below taken from another thread, starting with post #757.
Today (Monday, September 16, 2019) stands as Bangkok Bank New York Branch's latest "line in the sand". Nothing new to report as of Pib's post #773 sent last night, and of this typing.

Looks like NFL Network have the rights this year to broadcast live games. It added two more games on Sunday, the chiefs vs the jaguars at 0000 and thegiants and Cowboys at 0325. Choose one or the other, wear out the "back" button switching back and forth, or look for repals later. TS usually replays the games in the afternoon but their online schedule is not posted yet.
Good call wayned. Chiefs at Jaguars it is on CH 672. Great to see True giving us extra games to view live. Keep the weekly email updates you get from True coming. Much appreciated!

Yes. As discussed many times before in this thread from members such as Pib, TallGuyJohninBKK, JimGant, and others, domestic wire transfers (i.e. fed wires; fedwires; domestic fed wires) will add on an additional cost from your financial institution to have Bangkok Bank's NY Branch facilitate moving money to your Bangkok Bank account in Thailand, after the soon-to-be legacy online ACH transfer service (they continue to provide for many) finally stops. Unless of course, your financial institution doesn't charge for a domestic wire. But for most, an additional cost looms after September 16th (pending another date change), indeed.
If you refer back to the Bangkok Bank NY Branch document shown in post #724 of this thread, you will see they refer to their 'ABA routing transit number' as their 'Fed Routing no. 026008691'. Might help explain their use of the term "Fed Wire Transfer' in their email.

Monday, September 16, 2019 is now the new date.
Here is the email reply I received from Bangkok Bank New York Branch's Funds Transfer Officer, Ms. Arthlyn George (Lyn), early this morning:
Dear Mr
I apologize for my late response.
We received your last payment on Sept 3 2019 which is not in the IAT (International ACH Transaction) format.
Kindly request your bank to transfer funds to us by Fed Wire Transfer, not by the online ACH method, using our same routing number 026008691.
Effective September 16 2019, all ACH transfers that are not in the IAT format will be returned to the ordering banks.
Once again, we regret the inconvenience the change has caused you our valuable customer.
Best regards
Lyn
The wording in this reply is consistent with other email replies previously posted in this thread.
I replied with thanks, and to please inform me of any new date should the 16 Sep date again shift to the right. I asked why the continual shift in the dates from from 1 Apr 19 to 1 Jun 19 to 1 Sep 19 to 6 Sep 19 to 16 Sep 19, opining the easiest solution to get the updated information out to all interested customers is to update their website.
I should also note that Khun Sirivan Chuaypradit was a "cc" on Lyn's email to me and on my email reply. Khun Sirivan is an Administrative Manager at Bangkok Bank's New York Branch, having been there since at least 2014. Lyn has also been there since at least 2014 as Khun Sirivan's Funds Transfer Officer.
Hope this helps.

Based on Bkk Bk last stated line in the sand of 6 Sep for personal bank transfers if will be interesting to see what happens to ACH transfers initiated on 7 Sep and later.
Yes it will, indeed.
Not surprisingly, I haven't received an answer yet from Lyn regarding whether 6 Sep is still firm, or if another date has been established. Perhaps she volunteered too much info to me back on 16 Aug, and is being advised to throttle back. Might they be reading this long-established thread, and did not like the 6 Sep date being posted here? Perhaps. Although if that is the case, why the big secret? Just post the updated info on their website for all interested customers to read. Simple. Anyway, if I should receive an email tonight/tomorrow morning from Lyn or another POC in that office, will advise.

Thanks wayned for posting the NFL weekly schedules you have been receiving from TrueVisions over the past several years; much appreciated!
I agree with your assessment on the NFL Network showing live games...we collectively will not know for sure until the Sunday games start.
As background, historically since 2009, the NFL Network has broadcast the 'NFL RedZone', a special game-day exclusive shown only during Sunday games during the NFL Regular Season (1 PM to 8 PM EST). 'NFL RedZone' provides coverage of every touchdown from every game in progress, live or only moments after they occur. Being a commercial-free broadcast, 'NFL RedZone' has always been a unique way to keep updated on every Sunday game in progress.
If we by chance do indeed get the 'NFL RedZone' on the NFL Network (channel 672) instead of it broadcasting live Sunday games (EST), it should prove to be a very nice complement to watching the selected Sunday games being shown live on TrueVisions channels 122/123/666/667.

Yeah Pib, I agree it sure is frustrating trying to interpret whatever calculus Bangkok Bank's New York Branch is/are using on these non-IAT ACH transactions in the interim, as we rapidly approach Friday, September 6th.
I just checked their website and you guessed it...no new info there.
My latest non-IAT ACH transaction indeed just posted to my BBL savings account here a few hours ago (September 4th). It was initiated online late-evening on Friday, Aug 30th here (late-morning Aug 30th in NYC). The ACH payment was changed from "pending" to "posted" at COB Aug 30th in my NFCU account. It was another seamless transaction (w/the expected Labor Day weekend delay) using this service! And, having already checked with them directly, I can confirm NFCU does not use IAT formatting and has no plans to introduce it in the near-future.
Appreciative their service still works for me, I just sent an email to Lyn at Bangkok Bank's New York Branch stating as such. I asked if Friday, September 6th is still firm and if not, what is the latest update they have on the new date they will be using? Assuming I get a reply, it may/will be an interesting read ~

To expand on the fantastic historical info TallGuyJohnInBKK and Pib have been providing over the past few days, I too have had email exchanges with Arthlyn George (Lyn) from Bangkok Bank's New York Branch.
On August 14, 2019, I received the following reply with 2 attachments from Lyn:
Dear Mr
We would like to give our valuable customers enough time to make the necessary arrangements so funds would be transferred to their accounts without any delay.
After September 2019, there are two available options for transferring funds to your account in Thailand.
Any payments that we are unable to process will be returned to the ordering bank.
Please see the options attached.
The remittance application is also attached if you choose to use our remittance services.
Please do not hesitate to contact me at (212)329-9273 if you have any further questions.
Regards
Lyn
Upon seeking clarification as to the exact day the ACH method will be terminated, I received the following reply from Lyn on August 16, 2019 (post #664 of this topic informed of the Sept 6 2019 date):
Dear Mr
After Sept 6 2019 , Bangkok Bank New York branch will not process ACH transactions that do not have the Standard Class Entry (SEC) code IAT (international ACH Transaction).
As for the website, the details are still been worked on. I will convey that information to the appropriate person.
Regards
Lyn
Now September, they certainly have not shown any urgency in updating their website, even after my prodding, and all of your collective prodding since early 2019! Too bad, as it would be easy to post all of this info on their website to eliminate any confusion for interested customers.
Hope this helps.

This my first post, I would like to especially thank 'ubonjoe' & 'Pib' for their many insightful thoughts over the past several years on all thaivisa.com topics. Very much appreciated gents!
Earlier today, I received the following via an email from Bangkok Bank's New York branch after asking for the exact date they will stop accepting and processing my personal ACH transactions in non-IAT format:
"After Sept 6 2019, Bangkok Bank New York branch will not process ACH transactions that do not have the Standard Class Entry (SEC) code IAT (international ACH transaction)."
For now, good to know their latest plan is to accept and process transfers until the Friday after the long U.S. Labor Day weekend.
