I take umbrage at the slur on Triumphs. My Thunderbird leaked oil in 1956, but I doubt Triumphs do now. Do they?????
No they don’t , I’ve had several and not a drop, as for Meriden triumphs go that’s a different story.

I had planned to return to Thailand after 19 months away from the family for x-mas, but I will wait until mid Jan now. There is just too much nonsense that may be ironed out in the next month or so.
Personally I think when they see the disaster arrivals coming for end of year - if they don't remove certain current demands - they may scrap some of it.
People need to plan holidays in 2022, they will be looking in early 2022 (if not now) for a destination and if they see all this nonsense now or early next year still continuing then they will look elsewhere. Most people don't impulse buy thai holidays, and thai pass is killing planning
Couldn’t agree more , as a family of four the upfront costs have got horrendous and with the risk of confinement still there , we’ve cancelled.
for the cost of cpr tests and one night quarantine in bkk alone we can book a hotel for ten days skiing in Europe.

Since the jabbed will soon be dropping like flies....cheap cremation services could be used as a travel incentive. Instead of sand box, they could call it ash box. You won't need a test or a booster to go home! Just another Thai plastic bag.
Could you give us a date when we all start dropping like flies ?is seems to be constantly getting pushed back

This is not the first time I have seen the mention of a direct flight, but I have not seen the official information. If this is a valid demand, then it is terrible. There were never any direct flights from my country to Thailand, even before the outbreak of the pandemic ...

Actually there are no direct flights at all from Spain, so looking for clarification from thai embassy in madrid on Monday.

So as I understand it you cannot transit through an airport on your way into Thailand, it must be a direct flight, of which there are virtually none from Spain certainly and probably many other countries.

They are overpriced.
They are liable to break and need repairs after a few months.
But you will have the trendy apply symbol on it and be in fashion.
I’ve had three models that are all still in daily use , the first one bought when the iPad was launched 12years ago?, they don’t break down, period.

Mallorca tried this without success. There are just not enough rich people. The plebs are the masses, it's where the real money is. Who do you think finances the millions footballers earn? The plebs. It comes from advertising, ie products bought by the plebs.
The plebs have huge financial power but don't know it.
Actually mallorca is moving away from the bottom of the market and have invested hundreds of millions in hotels in an effort to focus on family friendly resorts .it will not happen overnight but the days of the booze cruise and pub crawls are finished.

Thailand’s new entry fee – boon or bust for tourism?

Except it’s not , here in Spain there is a tourist tax levied per night, price depending on how many stars the hotel is. Here in mallorca it can add €70 for a family two week stay.
