Sounds like the ‘long- term Covid side effects’ also can bring more income to the policy makers by swindling more money from the travelers who pay for ATK or PCR testing kits regularly..

That was what every vaccine manufacturers are saying: that their vaccines are the best.
In reality, does everything go back to normal?
Moreover, Israel has already moved to their 4th booster shot for their citizens. So I guess there will be more booster shots on our way.

Japan is doing well on their Covid situation-- they don’t force their citizens to be vaccinated, unlike the rest of the world.
That’s what the government should be like; with real leadership, showing how they seriously tackle the problem, instead of controlling their citizens like school kids.

In the year 2020, all the governments counted the Covid cases in their countries, and in the year 2021 they counted the Delta variant (including the the other variants).
I guess in the year 2022 they are going to count the Omicron variant cases.Later, there will be variants by continents or variants by countries as well.
Do they realize that many people are getting poorer day after day?
Is our future going to just be counting the virus variants? -

Most people are not worried about the Omicron or the new coming variant; they're likely to worry more about the restrictions of government making them poor and live in poverty

I think everyone knows that there will be new variants that will strike around the globe, as we can see the pattern: in 2020, there was just Covid without variants, in 2021 there's the Delta variant, so in 2022 there will be the Omicron variant and so on… until those who are not unvaccinated will be vaccinated, because billions out there still have not been vaccinated yet. So be ready live with c19 variants. My question is, why are all the variants are popping up at end of the year?

If the Omicron dominates the Delta strain, I would wonder what's the next Greek letter named variant that would replace Omicron if the people refuse to be vaccinated or take booster shots.

Luckily, they don’t do any anal swab tests like the CCP did in the beginning of the pandemic, as they claim it gives a more accurate result for the infection; that would be a mental trauma for the travelers.
The way I look at it is that all these tests and requirements are new ways of making money for those are in the power.
As we can see most of the time, if one or two people were tested positive in a flight but the rest are tested negative, so it doesn’t mean that the infected person is dangerous or can spread the virus, especially with limited direct contact, social distancing and masks.
However there are mental torture for everyone who tested negative to do the quarantine and extra tests make sure you are free from C19 with their own cost.
I was wondering how long all are going to last. Is this what our future is going to be like every time a new variant pops up?

Actually, a lot of people are tired of all these discussions regarding Covid variants, vaccinations and travel restrictions.
The best thing to do is to just ignore it and do your everday routine as usual.
Just watch what happens instead of just debating about it, since we're all ordinary people with apparently no status.

It sounds like there will be a new variant after every six months, so they need to get their booster shot because the vaccines' manufacturers need to modify or add more substances to fight the new variants.
It is clear that our future will be sick, going to be full of new variants and booster shots because there is a long list of Greek alphabets still not used yet.-

Most of the Thai think that speaking English isn't that important because, apparently, they are living in Thailand so they don't use it in everyday life, like in Japan or China. Most of those in Bangkok can speak English but are most likely to be too insecure to speak it. So you can't simply blame them for their poor English skills.

If you need to book 5 nights in SHA+ approved hotels, it means you'd have to be in a 5-night quarantine as well as taking 2 PCR tests (for those fully vaccinated).This sounds more like ‘Get scammed and Go’.
Hopefully they are not turning the country into next Sri Lanka.
Here it says book the hotel for Day1 and Day5, and in the 4 days in between you are free to go anywhere.
This is so confusing.
