Very quick with the "Not Correct".
It depends on the airline.
Some will ask for nothing.
Some will require onward flight WITHIN 30 days.
Some will allow 60 with the "plan of extension" explained.
Some will allow you to sign a waiver.
Flown multiple airlines and have never been questioned

The onward flight needs to be within 30 days if flying visa exempt
Not correct. Flown in many times with a return over 30 days but less than 60 if they ask i just tell them I'm getting an extension.

That is partially true but he did not realise that he could not legitimately keep the increases on his return - the payments revert to the previous frozen level.
I would investigate further if that is actually the case. My understanding is the increase becomes permanent and portable after 6 months

And will his 600k super effect getting full pension?
In order to receive full Age Pension payments, your assets will need to be below the following limits (assuming you are being assessed under the Assets Test and not the Income Test). If you are a member of a couple, your combined assets are assessed against the relevant limits:

Certainly don't want to be listening to people on here, could easily be dreaming in their mum's basement
Or living well by educating themselves and making some prudent financial decisions rather than just hoping it will all work out.

If you believe the marked is solid for another 10 years, that would be a good idea, but we do not know that, do we? We will have an correction and a recession sooner or later, what then?
What would guaranteed give him safety for the next 10 years is the question. Going back to Australia? Keep his relations to Australia ?
Anly stupidity makes someone cut loose from their origin country if they do not have enough funds or living sustainable without taking to much out of their funds, or letting marked corrections and inflation eat up their funds.
The market has never been solid. It always goes up and down. the returns are an average over a period usually 7-10 years. nothing on the horizon to suggest pending catastrophe. If you plan well you will have a buffer to see you through the downturns.

Can you provide a link to a good one ?
Hostplus and Aware are some of the top rating funds. Given current market conditions you may need to take a higher risk option to get those returns. It all really depends on how much risk you are willing to accept.

Where can you get a 9 % return on an investment ?
A good superfund balanced option should give you that.

Can he live in Pattaya the next 25 years without going for the old age pension, probably not
Quite possibly. If he invests it well he should be able to get a return of about 9% PA. giving him an income of around 45K AUD a year or about 20000B a week. Should be doable.

Your first step would be to contact your strata committee as there will be noise limits on the external compressor this will likely guide your choice of unit.

Rubbish! You have no evidence to support the first assumption
secondly "It is only a 'road death' if the person dies at the road side." - is simply not true. I suspect you have no idea who gathers statistics or or how it is done.
"Many groups in Thailand believe that the real number is up to 50% higher." - really - which "groups" are these.
This is typical of the ignorance and nonsense talked about road safety in Thailand.
both the public and those in charge simply have o idea, yet there are several organisations, both national and international, that are taking abscientiic approach to road safety yet they are completely ignored.
Actually what he said is completely true. Only those dead at the scene are counted as official road death statistics.
you should do some research before attacking someone’s post.- 1

Living on the Gulf side did not interest me as the water is nowhere near as clean with the beaches nowhere near as nice as Phuket (sorry Samui????).
Show me a beach in Samui where the water is as filthy or polluted as Patong

Buy a fully inclusive ticket that includes Plane, bus and ferry to Island. Then minivan to hotel in Chaweng. That's the cheapest possible way. Otherwise you will have to buy separate bus and ferry ticket on arrival at ST or online prior to arrival.

You should look into what the capital gains tax implications are if you do rent it out then decide to sell.

As you can see from the post he has done that multiple times unsuccessfully. Crowd sourcing opinions or information is not always a bad idea and may provide direction for further medical options.

That’s a secondary use for Amitriptyline. If you did your research you will see it’s actually an old school tricyclic antidepressant. And is often prescribed as a sleeping aid.

I just Googled Vipassana Meditation as I had no idea what it was.
Now I know....a load of cobblers. Sitting thinking about your problems never cured anything. And the site I read says it take a couple of years to get yourself sortrd.
Sounds like it might do you some good as you obviously completely misinterpreted what it is about. Completely the opposite to what you said.

Any information of a booster after a 6 months Janssen shot ?
Phil.
looks like its now being dumped as not effective or recommended for Omicron. Best to assume you are unvaccinated and start again with Pfizer or Moderna.

I had a credit with them for a return flight to Brisbane, which has been useless for best part of 2 years. Because of Sydney's no quarantine, I decided to change it to there. After much looking at the website, I determined that most of the flights were being routed through BKK/HKT/SYD. Anyway I phoned them and they've put me on a direct flight to Sydney, at a slightly increased price. Hopefully I'll be able to get from Sydney to Brisbane, worst case scenario two weeks at a friends place in Sydney.
Can freely travel from Sydney to Brisbane as of this coming Monday.

Whatever kromnidon is (romnkcrom?) it's having an effect around the world. Lots stuck in south africa who cannot get out. To get back here they have to fly to another country and get a negative result. So that's one in south africa and then find a place to transit in and get a negative test to continue on, LOL! Pretty much impossible. People are literally stuck there again.
Everyone - everyone is over-reacting. Many doctors say there is no way to tell what it will do. IT could be absolutely nothing and the pandemic could by and large be over. OR we will all be dead. In that case, worrying about it doesn't matter. But I see no evidence of it being bad - yet.
Thailand they are probably making wild predictions based on nothing. And life goes on.
Quote from the CEO of Moderna in interview with Reuters
"I think it's going to be a material drop. I just don't know how much because we need to wait for the data. But all the scientists I've talked to . . . are like 'this is not going to be good.'"
