This is repetitive I'm sure, but whenever I need to run an android app on my PC I use bluestacks. That's its whole purpose in life is to run android apps in windows. It appears that not everyone understands that some "Apps" are not made with a PC version and do NOT have a website through which the App can be operated via PC. Big O Live is just one example.

Why not get it renewed in the US and the Thai Embassy or consulate, just as I do do with my US passport here in Thailand? Then you don't have to worry about it. I'd be very surprised if they didn't offer that service.
