Looking forward to eating a good plate of Fish & Chips while drinking a mug or two of Guinness at my local Iris Pub once they can serve alcohol. Of course I will need to ensure I put in 10km the next day...lol
Don't get excited and jump up and down. It may be construed as dancing.

So how do you know about them?
For this outbreak we can surely thank the Elite who needed to save around 200 baht a day per Burmese labourer over Thai labourer that they are supposed to 'Love' ( Thai rak Thai ) .
They used corrupt officials to get the infected Burmese on-site without the pesky expense of paying for their Quarantine , and continue to use corruption to avoid any repercussions , and the Thai Government say and do nothing about it all.
Every Thai taxpayer and business in Thailand is now paying for their greed and it is they that should be bankrupted by being made to pay for treatments.
Doesn't Thailand require every visitor to have Covid insurance coverage of $100,000 or is that for a select few?

Biden is big on democracy and human rights. Not exactly priorities with the General. May be difficult to agree a trade pact

Meanwhile, rumour is that the original casinos are re-opening.

Samut Sakhorn and Bangkok have lessened restrictions. Why do Chonburi and Rayong still have them?

Bit short of supermarkets? Can get almost anything you can get in Pattaya in Rayong.
Restaurant choices are another matter.
Must have opened more supermarkets since last year.

Correct. Chonburi had 1 new case today (Sattahip) and none in Banglamung (Pattaya). None in Pattaya yesterday either.
Why are Rayong and Pattaya still locked down? Gotta feel for expats in Rayong. Big shortage of supermarkets

Was in Makro this week. No isolated areas. Fully open. Last time the non-essential rows were roped off. Not now

300B for Uninsured foreign tourists who think they're too good to go to Government hospitals, but are really broke, freeloaders who were probably criminals back in their home countries.
Fixed it. ????
Fixed nothing. A few family members work in gov't hospitals. There are some indigent terminal patients that are foreign that the hospital cares for. Fact

Are the Burmese who cross regularly required to pay out of their pocket or will the fee come from the BiB bribe?

I think it is 6 months. Not really sure

It is probably the only chance expats will have to get vaccinated with anything other than the Chinese <deleted>. I will pay

I am sure the good General only ordered the ineffective, expensive stuff because he was trying to please his Chinese superiors

Are we sure all the Burmese that travel back and forth frequently have an acceptable smartphone, Thai SIM and are using the proper app? Whose name is their phone registered in?

Their lack of mobile phone is not your business or concern. Your main priority is to agree and commit to cooperation with the authorities in this matter and stop trying to be clever. If you genuinely feel so strongly about it....go and complain at your local police station.

Any country will be lucky to get 80% of their population jabbed. Some can't take it, others (sadly) will refuse.
Still a bit short wouldn't you say?

2 million? And how many need to be vaccinated? 70 million? A bit short. Must be holding off until Thailand produces a vaccine so profit can be made
