Honestly just look at condos for rent on facebook market place. You won’t deal with agents that often and usually just deal with the owner directly. There’s a lot of really cheap condos and houses right now.

Hello everyone, as the title says my gf decided to tape some balloons on the ceiling for my birthday and it ended up ripping off the paint and chipping at the ceiling in my rental condo. After a few arguments of her trying to pin the blame on me and making me fix it she finally agreed to pay for the damages. Any idea where and how to fix this? If I tell the landlord I’m sure the bill will be higher than me just finding someone to fix the ceiling. I’m located in pattaya. thanks.
