  13. USD280 is for a one year Extension of Stay which can be extended for ever. There are also Extension of Stay for 3,6 and 9 months. 6,9,12 months are multiple entry. It can take about 10 days to get the visa done. There is an express option for USD70. That'll be two days not counting the first and last day, so four days.
