KhunPer, I mean would you be tested on the other side? It's not very clear to me. Say I go to a red zone province for 7 days, can I still return without tests, or it's only valid for travel between the islands and Surat Thani mainland?

Does this mean one can go to Surat Thani or Koh Phangan and not get tested on arrival, or this document is only required for leaving the province? Thanks!
