I believe exactly the opposite. Europeans also are blocked with uncertainty and are eager to end it. They are now convinced that the UK will never be a positive partner and that the balance between the advantages and disadvantages leans on the wrong side. The British MPs certainly do the same analysis, agreeing that a refusal to leave would be deemed contrary to the wishes of the majority. So I think they will now accept a deal very similar to May's.
