  1. Woke up this morning and saw this transaction on my BBL app. I called the customer service and they told me it was from a purchase by my debit card in the past but they were not sure which one. I told them that I've never purchased anything that much with my card because normally I scan QR for high price purchase. They told me they would investigate it and reply me on October 24th. Just want to ask if anyone has experienced this and what I should do to avoid this? My card is only linked to my Apple account (no purchase, no subscription with that price, I already checked), Shopee, Lazada, Grab, Lineman, FoodPanda.
  2. I know but this time I will purchase with monthly payment by credit card. So I'm not sure if it's allowed for VAT refund or not.
  3. Hi everyone, I just went to another clinic and they charge around 13k for the root canal and 2k extra for a temporary filling after putting the medicine inside the root. After that process, they would put the post and crown. I will visit 2 times and the payment will be divided. However, 2 other dental clinics insisted that I must do root canal 2 times and pay double the price (13-14k per root canal treatment so it means I have to pay 26-28k). That was why I created a topic to ask everyone about the experience.
  4. Hi everyone, as far as I know, we can do VAT refund at the airport as long as the product is purchased within certain of days before leaving Thailand. I'm planning to buy an iPhone and a Macbook as gifts for my sister then claim for VAT refunds at the airport (I did it before when I bought myself an iPhone). However, this time I'm going to pay for the phone and Macbook with monthly payments by credit card so I'm not sure if I still can apply for the VAT refund. Hopefully someone has done this before and can share the valuable information about this.
  5. I've just visited 2 dental clinics and one consulted me to do root canal for a total of 16k (3 visits). Another clinic told me that I would have to do it 2 times and each time cost 12k so it would be 24k. This sounds so strange because I've never heard that I have to pay for the whole price per visit. Can anyone explain for me about this pricing or tell about your experience of doing it?

  7. All the documents are prepared by my company along with the WP3 form. I'm just confused a bit about the application form. The visa agent just told me 5 mins ago that I should fill "1 year" in the "duration of stay". Now I'm really confused, maybe I should leave that one blank and ask the officer at Thai Consulate when I apply for the visa there
  8. Hi everyone, currently I'm waiting to apply for a Non-B visa to work in Thailand. I have some questions about the form and will be very grateful you anyone can help me. 1. "Occupation" - I've been working as a freelancer but not as a full-time employee. Should I fill with "Unemployed" or the position that I'm going to do in Thailand? 2. About the "duration of proposed stay", how should I fill this? 3. "Purpose of visit", I'm not sure if this one is about the previous visit above or the current one that I'm applying visa for Thank you very much Visa applicaation form.pdf
  9. Thank you very much, hopefully I can be qualified for the visa. My job but requires strong skills of my language at a native level because the terms and phrases are difficult for those who are not native. It's like misunderstanding one word can change the whole situation, so they prefer native speaker more.
  10. Hi everyone, I'm a fresh graduate and an international student in Thailand. Currently, I've been sending so many job applications and finally got a job offer. Now I'm signing all the papers to move on to the next stage. However, I heard a lot of rumors about foreigners are required to have at least 2 years experience to be accepted for work permit. I searched about work permit requirements in Thailand and couldn't find such things like that. Moreover, my position is not easy for Thais to do because most of the process will be conducted in my language (an Asian language) at a very difficult level, not in Thai. Would there be an exception for me to be accepted for work permit since my position is only for people who speak my language at a native and academic level? Since there are not many Thais who can do it.
