I love this topic, because the cdc is preemptively precluding “misinformation”. They have it down to a science now. Withhold data on booster effectiveness and the hold is what stops misinformation. You see, no information is the good information, and if we are able to read the information that doesn’t line up with their talking points, or makes them look bad, it is converted to misinformation before it is even released. I would say the only way to understand Covid numbers is ignore them all except for the deaths. And if you do that, what we see is a disease that is having very little effect, so the policies should reflect this. What actually happens however is we get numbers in big red flashing lights everyday saying “highest ever”. The difference between the truth and the headlines could not be clearer. Covid restrictions need to end.

Sounds like hotel operators are more on the ball than most, not asking for vaccination documents. what Thailand needs is to drop regulations, not useless and ineffective political posturing policies. The vaccinated spread Covid.

You know what happens when frequent visitors of a country travel to other countries (for the first time). They love those other countries and will continue going to them. My point is that the longer Thailand goes with these useless restrictions of any kind, the more share of the pie it could end up losing in the long run to neighboring countries. The neighboring countries aren’t dropping restrictions yet either, which is thailands saving grace at this point.

Temperature monitors are a great example! They are exactly like all of the Covid regulations. There is no proof they actually work for one. And also, take them away and Covid is going to do the same thing with or without them.

Right. We only want vaccinated people to spread Covid. The unvaccinated are not allowed. Makes perfect sense. If what you’re saying made any sense, why would we stop there? Extremely healthy people are less likely to spread the disease. So why not let only young and healthy people fly if they pass certain physical tests?

It’s time to move all the eyes away from the Covid blunders

The centers where people will congregate to get rid of Covid. It makes perfect sense! none of this stuff is proven to work by the way. None of it.

The entire country could be infected tomorrow. But if there are no deaths it is a moot statistic. 40 deaths for a country the size of Thailand is not something to be drawing headlines everyday.

People gather no matter what you do. In hospitals for example. There is no evidence any of these measures work. That’s the unbelievable part. Belarus did nothing, they didn’t get wiped off the face of the earth. They are actually doing quite well. No again, people choosing for themselves works 100%. If you are frightened to death you stay home. Leave everyone else be. Nothing “works” in the way you are using the term.

In other words, you could save more lives enforcing sept belt laws at this point. Move on, this is a non issue at this point.

Slow season approaching. Eliminate all restrictions and if all goes well continue policies into high season
