There are four stamps in the new passport. TR, July 2014. Non-O, August 2014. Non-RE, August 2019. Also a stamp which details the number of the old passport, and what I think was either my first entry into Thailand, or the commencement date of the old passport. My extension was November 2019. Not sure if that addresses the point you are making.

You have just confirmed NO visa was transferred - Thanks

Visas are never transferred -- so if you have a visa you must use both passports when leaving/entering the country

Is it possible to get an extension to the 90 days? It would have to be without financial evidence as I don't have that available right now.
Only if you are married to a Thai person or the father of a Thai child. Otherwise you can apply for an extension which will be refused but you might be given 7 days during which you must leave the country

15-21 days

Not true.
Provide evidence for what you claim

If you have VISA it cannot be renewed -

Most immigration offices will refuse a visa based on being the parent of a Thai child if the applicant is married to a Thai person.

They only wear them to avoid a fine. If there were no road blocks and fines, very, very few would wear a helmet.
Much like Americans then who only wear seat belts/helmets to avoid fines

Standard fine for late reporting. Did you get a receipt?

I was a bit concerned going through the 'Thai' line
Why be concerned? I always use the Thai only line when with my wife and there is never a problem. There are no Thai line only IO's

Are there currently any quarantines at Suvarnabhumi?
I doubt it - no airport provides quarantine facilities.

I am just referencing info that has been in the news.
It would appear that what is posted comes from an official Thai government source -

I want to get an extension on my current Non-B (single entry)
No short term extension is available unless you are married to a Thai person in which case you could apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife - The only other extension available is a 12 month extension based on working which could be applied for with the support of the school.
-
You will note that a re-entry permit is not restricted by other than its expiry date which is the same as your permission to stay expiry date

I was the victim of a hit/run driver whilst riding a m/c - The damage to my high quality helmet is testimony to its worth - if I had not been wearing the helmet I would not have survived.

You mean the Kor ror 3 ?
”In the kor ro 3 on the backside are 2 lines with boxes to fill out,the one line Below my passport number is left empty, while the 2nd line has à number filled in,is this something local amphur should fill also or just leave it?”
As already said the Amphoe will change nothing and neither should you. However, if you believe an error exists then discuss that with the Amphoe staff but you will need the assistance of a competent translator.

What difference does it make?
None - It is a travel document but the "Brexit" mob prefer a blue 'British" passport which is manufactured by a French company! ????

What would you do with a new passport if your country has no embassy or consulate in Thailand?
You would have a problem!

The Kor-Ror document is not listed a a requirement - They looked at yours because you decided to provide it.
