[Bank Letter confirming 400K]

Given that different offices have their own variation of the rules I went to my local Immigration yesterday.

 

Spoke to two IOs and got two different interpretations.   First one said that it is okay if letter dated a couple of days prior to application supported by an ATM slip on that day of submission.   Second one said must be same date as submission plus ATM slip.   Backside or elbow come to mind.  So I will get letter dated same day as application.

 

Does anyone know what the actual wording of the letter is?

[Bank Letter confirming 400K]

Does the letter confirming the relevant amount (400K) have to be dated on the same day I apply for Long term stay based on marriage or can it be dated days prior to submitting application.  My bank says it can but I'm not confident they are correct.
