  1. Circa twelve months ago had a BCC identified and removed at Samitivej. All the staff were professional, helpful and caring. Quoted fee included the initial bandage change 48 hours after the procedure, and subsequent removal of stitches. May assist your considerations.
  2. In my recent experience at CW the IO initial response was that proof of funds from abroad was required. I had bank books, (prior and current), showing I maintained the required funds for a number of years. It was not until the IO flicked through my passport and noted previous extensions of stay of my prior O-A. From then on it was all good
  3. Thank you for your reply. Very kind of you. Appreciate your assistance, and link to your report.
  4. Background: Previously stayed A-O Visa. Delayed period outside Thailand due to travel restrictions. Visa since expired. Thai Bank account maintained since August 2013. Balance has never dipped below THB800K since May 2018. BKK apartment lease maintained. Return Plan: Apply/receive all necessary travel approvals. Arrive Visa exempt, 30 day stamp. After 15 days complete and lodge form TM87 for O Visa. Subsequently apply O Visa for Retirement. Perusing past posts I don’t believe I will need to remit an additional THB800K given my existing Bank account. (I do plan to send additional funds, but plan to transfer in smaller amounts on a needs basis). However will I need to provide evidence of the remittance of the funds since the account was opened. Given time these may be difficult to immediately locate. Do plan to maintain a level of Health Insurance with a more beneficial personal coverage. Appreciate any thoughts if this is doable, or if there is anything I have overlooked. Thank you in advance.
