  1. That would make her opinion biased I would say. You can clearly see/hear on the Facebook video's what was going on. They even joke that the neighbours are "enjoying" their music aswell.
  2. I know right. On the other hand no reason to get murdered obviously. Sad sad story for all involved ????
  3. For everyone wondering..Yes, the guys in the back of the picture do shoot reporters that ask bad questions.
  4. Prostitution and not wearing a helmet is also forbidden in Thailand...
  5. Wire the money. Depending on the amount they might ask for the source of the income, which would just be you showing the money entering the country. Also, you can sent the money in parts through Deemoney. This doesn't have to even be in your name.
  6. Than the pond will just keep overflowing. They other ground is higher, so it will be a constant overflow of water. They either need to up their own land, or have a pump. Questions is, who is paying for that.
  7. Haha, a Thai bank showing transparancy in regards to their fees. The latter ????
  8. Well, in my case it's 1%, which also doesn't exceed 2.5%. I'm paying for a game subscription in the Netherlands, and 2.5% is charged there.
  9. Transfer is costing you 1016 BAHT. Not bad, but I'm not a big fan of WU.
  10. Correct, thanks for explaining. I have done 6 transfers this week with my Thai debit card, and works like a charm. It instantly hits my account in the UK. Also, it doesn't have to be your Thai currency account. Let's say I want to send money to mu Euro account. I'll just add money to my EURO currency wallet with my Thai Debit card. Wise automatically converses the THB to EURO when addiding it using live FX (it does charge for debit cost, and your Thai card might charge for foreign transaction - 1% in my case) and it will add euro's straight away. Then you just sent your euro's to any recipients that use EUro's. This way you only have to converse your money once. Just like you do when sending money to Thailand.
  11. Go read my post again. Yes you can only upload those currencies. The trick is that you can upload x amount of euro's with your Thai bank card. Wise will automatically convert the baht from you bank, into euros at their FX rate. It doesn't have to be Euros (as I only tried euros at time of my initial post). It can be other currency aswell as I have found out.
  12. It sure does make a whole lot more sense. I have submitted my documents but heard nothing yet, will let you know ????
  13. Interesting, it's a different response than the one I reived above. Thank you. I'll contact them to see if I can open one. I don't have a WP but on a one year marriage extension. Will let you know
  14. Yeah you could. Two ways. If Since you're married, you can get a WP. You're wife needs 1 milion baht in the account to apply for a foreigner WP. Since she is clearing only 50k per month, I'm not sure if you want to invest that money. Unoficially, you can help your wife out in the kitchen as the changes that you will be caught are next to none. If for whatever reason immigration does walk in, you'll likely get a slap on the wrist or a fine. In the extreme rare cases, there is a prison sentence attached to it. However, like I said, this is extremely rare. Personally I would say go for it, if it's only part-time, and helping a hand here and there. Keep a low profile and keep it low key. Doom sayers will say don't, and legally there are right of course. Living on the edge ????
  15. Aswesome, let us know what they say. I don't think you in particular need a WP as you're a cosutmer already, however it seems that the new AMLO know your costumer rules, do require it for new sign ups. However, when set-up already, and a costumer, you're good to go.
  16. I understand and than you're lucky. For people who didn't the new regulations apply when opening an account. "Please note, these documents are required for verification as per the AMLO and Bank of Thailand guidelines, effective September 26, 2021"
