A friend of mine, who sadly passed away last summer in the UK lost all of his money to a not very good looking cambodian hooker he me.

its not just Bangkok, coastal and even northern cities such as Udon are way overpriced now. Its crazy that the farang wants to buy a piece of land with his tilac in pattaya for £100k UK then build a house for her and her thai husband of which the land & house will very rarely be worth what its cost to build. Yes you can visit for a week or 2 every 6 odd months when her husband is kicked out of your bed.

The OP was obviously bored when he thought up this completely waste fo time post and is seems that as such he is struggling to live in Thailand buying imported products
He should embrace the hot thai spicy food and invest in plenty of toilet rools and a decent furdge to keep them in
