good afternoon, can somebody from CANADA help me? My name is Toy. My husband to whom I was legally married since many years, died recently. Since almost 20 years, we lived in Chonburi Mueang area. He received Canadian Pension from CPP Canadian Pension Plan, OAS, Veterans Affairs, and OTPP. Does anybodt know if I am entitled to Widow's Pension? If yes, how to apply for it? Some Canadian relatives told me that I have to obtain an "Assessment of Assets" in English language, from a Thai Lawyer. Is it correct??? There are certainly some good lawyers in Thailand, but certainly also a certain number of very greedy ones. Do you have any experience in this?
