Why doesn't the Sangha tell the abbott to remove them if they are contrary to the religion?
I seriously hope someone doesn't think they sit on the floor and pray to the tree trunk instead of Buddha.
Buddhists don't pray to Buddha like a God, instead they do chants.
Buddhism as an organized religion and what's at play here -which is animism and pantheism, coexist quite comfortably and it's only western scholars that see it as some kind of riddle that must be solved. There's a reason why in a Buddhist temple one pours water into a cup and afterwards empties it onto a tree, and gives a lotus flower - not to Buddha, but to oneself.
It's the belief that nature, objects, places and creatures all possess a distinct spiritual essence - it's why Prince Siddhartha meditated under a TREE to begin with and not in Starbucks.

Pretty stupid I say. He could have kept both.
On applying for Thai citizenship if you're not born in Thailand, Thai authorities require applicants for Thai citizenship to make a statement of intent to relinquish their original nationality upon acquisition of the Thai citizenship, so that's what he did. If you're actually born in the Evil Empire but revoked your citizenship I doubt it would be particularly hard to get it back if one wanted.

The manipulative masterminds behind the Greta Project are at a first glance her own parents, her dad is a famous Swedish actor and mum a singer.
I know the High Priestess Greta who is morally superior is often seen with Luisa-Marie Neubauer.
Luisa is in turn a member of ONE Campaign, managed by Bill Gates and Bono and funded by our good friend George Soros.I guess after that George obeys at the Freemason's altar and those in turn to Satan.
That sums it up I suppose.toodle pip~

They had no work permit. This is work that could also have been done by Thai people.
Even engaging in the Caroline Wurtzel, the Three-Legged Dog and the Splitter?
Surely such hard yakka warrants foreign highly-skilled professionals. -
What's also intriguing is that up to around maybe 2 years ago websites like pornhub were duly blocked with the ministry's explanation as to why.
So able bodied porn connoisseurs (like the French) used VPNs to get around it.
Nowadays that block has been lifted so its easily accessible for all.

didn't know it was illegal to make porn movies
Now you know!
Actually under sections 16 and 14 of the Compute Act which was revised in December 2016 to protect the dignity and reputation of “damaged parties” pornography or other material is considered illegal and could be ordered to be destroyed by a court. And that's for just possessing porn - these peeps reportedly were making and possessing.

I guess the main point is that Thai work permits are specific to one specified company.
After I resigned my job in Bangkok, I had to hand back my blue little workpermit book so they could take it behind the counter and shoot it and then burn the remains.
It's not like some overly generous European countries where you can just get a general work permit and THEN get on with finding a job and work.
So you're meant to work at a place where that company conducts their business to answer your question.
Naturally this doesn't mean you're tied to one address as you may go out on sales calls, take a sicke and work from home on those days.
I think also maybe we should ask if one needs a workpermit if conducting work from home in the first place e,g making money online like a one wo/man show, Trinity like.To that the theoretical answer is still YES I guess. (That's why I stopped doing my dishes - no work permit!)
From what I learned, migration cops don't really bust into people's home to check if you're plugging away on your computer in your bedroom without a workpermit - or really just typing an email to mum back in Elbonia. They more often look for workers without permits at commercial addresses. My first post on ThaiVisa after using the site for 9 years without creating an account ????️♂️????????????
