in a few years from now it will be as easy as just walking into the place you want to go. the sensor will automatically detect your phone and scan you in or out. it will be required to get into any and all of the things you listed.  hotels. trains. planes. etc etc etc

 

there will be hold outs and the not me crowd. but eventually even to renew ID or a passport or anything in your life. you will require that sweet sweet qr code. many here will not live that long but there are some of us that will.

crypto is in the middle of a massive bull market. look back at the last one and you will find multiple drops of 30 to 5o percent on the way up.

i agree with you it is still cheap, but many, including the post I responded to were moaning that it is too expensive. Plus there are a lot of top end places in Phuket that do cater for us rich people, more than anywhere else in Thailand.

did you read the article you posted ? the vast majority of the loss that he incurred was through his stock plunging. not from the btc drop. he only bought 1.5bn in btc so even the 25% drop is only 375 mil.
