Make a calculation.
Visa retirement lump sum on bank account THB 800.000
Rental fee
Electric considering aircon usage.
Water cheap
Car or motor Bike
Health surance
Food, Thai or western
Drinks, water or a lot of beer/booze.
Clothes, just shorts, shirts and slippers.
Inflation 3-5% for each year.
Anything else. Just add it.
Then multiply with 16? years.

I have both sizes. But the big one I never use. To big for 2 people. The cups of the big rice cooker ate bigger. So with two people you and up with left overs. And you can still cook a reasonable kunt when.you have visitors. And like Thai so. They bring a extra rice cooker when visiting and needed to use. So buy a small one. Uses less electric.

Re-open on Sunday 17. Makro Hua Hin has never closed. But for me one way traffic would work fine.

But some red/white tape. Devide the pool in squares of 7x7 feet. The minimum distance of a lane. And enjoy. Don't forget to leave the pool after 1 hour.

He wants high spending tourists. Then don't forget to open up the borders to all foreign condo and house owners who like to return. I decided to stay due to Covid situation being better here than in Europe. But when I leave I cannot return to my own property because of border restrictions for falang. I would take quarantine or self-isolation for granted when I could. And foreigners being in the country now spending a lot of money on food relief in the shop of the owner of 7- eleven, Tesco and Makro. And this money is coming from outside Thailand. My idea. Set up food relief cabinets outside every 7-eleven and let this company fill them up.

I understand why he wants to have tourists back when you look at the brands the company owns. It is so easy for him to support the hungry due to Covid-19. But he lets foreigners who are still in the country buy food for the needy instead of paying 50% income tax and more like in Europe to finance social security off all Thai people.
Brands of this company.

Rain has to come. Yes. But what is done to save water? By my knowledge Thai people used to wash up with running water. Clean motorbike with running hose. Watering the garden. Shower more than once a day. Water is cheap. For most people the bill is not the problem. So fill up a bucket to clean your bike. Fill up the sink to wash up. Etc. Etc. Educate people to save water. And please build water treatment plants for waste water and to make clean drinking water. Get rid of all these plastic bottles. Nestle, Singha, Chang, etc should be ashamed of themselves that they continue this practice of environmental pollution.

Set up transferwise.
Conncet both Bank accounts.
Put home country money in TW account. Sent money to Thai account. You will see the exchange rate and fee before you approve to send. It will take 2 to 3 days.
Fair rate. Low fee. Lower than normal international bank account transfer. Good luck.

And what about swimming pools of condominium buildings. Almost no one present. All owners gone home and cannot come back due to restrictions. And the few left are not a health hazard. So please add swimming pools.

As far as I know with a valid visa and work permit you at able to return. But have to quarantine for 2 weeks in hotel in Bangkok at your own expense. Ask the embassy for update info about repatriation.

And here in Hua Hin health workers and officials at checkpoints are going for lunch all at once sitting at tables without face mask and close to eachother. So they can spread the disease among themselves and let people pass the checkpoint without being checked on fever, symptoms and travels.

I help the people close to me. I give them a decent payment for jobs done like cleaning, gardening, etc
I help them with their credit card loans with incredible interest rates. I give them all my old stuff like cloths, furniture, appliances and even motorbikes. I pay medical and dentist bills. Etc. Etc. And I give food to poor people living in wooden sheds along the railway during this time. And they don't turn it down. They are happy with it. And is it humiliating. Yes it is. But they want to feed themselves, their children and family. And every help is needed where a government is not able to build up a decent social support system without charity.

How to overcome the next crisis? Well pay 60 year old a decent pension to live on instead of the THB 600. Start with this. Then make sure everyone has some kind of income during sickness, disability, unemployment, and pregnancy. How to finance? Tax on private assets like houses and savings, tax on inheritance, permits for all the billboards, permits for events, etc. Don't make people live on charity. It is humiliating.

I felt.fine.before the ban, felt great during and think they should last the ban three more months. Till all the best and booze was finished in whole Thailand and everyone sober again. To many alcoholics, local and foreign. I had three beers and 1 spy in my fridge before the ban and I still have. So all of you stop drinking every day. Go sober and feed your family or the poor in this time of dispair.

Ridiculous. But interaction will not be affected. Everyone is looking at his phone constantly sending messages to the person opposite of next of them. Good luck. I am a cooking home person and don't drink. So booze ban can stay on. Good for the fight against alcoholism.

And what happens is this. Thai nationals living abroad have a identity card and living permit from The Netherlands and a Thai Passport. So these peole can freely travel between Thailand and The Netherlands. But I guess this is not the intention of the closed borders to foreigners. So maybe when a Thai comes home tot Thailand they have to be refused to travel back to Holland.

Get a hobby. Play games online in competition with strangers like Wordfeud, chess, checkers, etc.
Pick up Thai cooking. Keeps you busy. Some dishes like omelet are really easy to make. Watch videos of cooking thai food on youtube. Gets you out of the house when you go for groceries and it is cheap. And stop drinking. It makes you feel miserable more and more anytime the boose is out of your system.

China to foot the bill ?
in COVID-19 Coronavirus

Compensation from China. Forget it. It will be the same dragging procedure to make Russia admit the are responsible for the airplane crash in the Ukraine.
But we need to get independent again. Move production to our own continent. Not only better in times of virus crisis but also in terms of labour and environment. Less sailing and less flying to distribute. Less pollution in the world.
