The fields / land are registered. Easy to trace the owner of the fields and arrest them. The truth is the police are scared of farmers and what they may do to them. I have been to " Walking Street " many times but still don't know why Thais call it walking street as it is still a road used by vehicles as the picture clearly shows. Even when the road is closed to vehicles you still run the risk of being hit by a motorcycle ( who have no respect for any traffic laws )

I have been to the police training camp in Ubon and they have a Parachute training tower on the camp. But whether they actually jump from an aircraft or balloon I do not know.

Thais are allowed to rip off foreigners, the same as the Thai government with their airport taxes and dual pricing in national parks. The rules of entry have been relaxed a little, that is all. There are more Thais than foreigners not wearing masks and they should be setting a good example.

Easy for Prayut to say as he has made sure he is fully vaccinated together with all his cronies before making sure everyone else is vaccinated. I have not been vaccinated because there is none available for foreigners either at government hospitals or private hospitals. If vaccine was available I would take it.
